Gorgeous North London Property

We're looking for a group to rent from the 28th December over the New Year Period till the beginning of January. Please enquire if you are interested in those dates.
This is a lovely house for you to enjoy in North London. We have a 3 bedroom house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bath and a galley kitchen with microwave, oven and all the mod cons you'd expect to access. You can rent one room or more room as a shared space with us living in it, or rent the whole place exclusively and force us on holiday (oh shucks!). We have a double room (where we sometimes also include a separate single room) to make it work for 3. There's another double bedroom with bunk beds offering space for up to 4 people. There's a room with 2 bunk beds. And we can make use of two downstairs sofa beds in two different lounges, if you're really trying to maximise the space. But if you're packing it out, bear in mind that there's only one bathroom, albeit a large one. There's two indoor lounge areas, one large dining room and an outside sheltered lounge, as well as a patio with table and chairs, BBQ and large garden and a trampoline in.
The neighbourhood is lovely. Beautiful pubs, parks, village greens, cafes & restaurants. It makes a lovely change to the busy pace of Central London. There are lots of places nearby and we'd be happy to recommend fantastic restaurants and shops in our guide that we provide.
We're very near to transport into London. Grange Park station is a 5 min walk, which takes 20 minutes to London (Finsbury Park) and the tube station is a 6 minute bus ride with buses going regularly throughout the day until late. There are night buses that are a short distance away. There is regular bus that goes to Southgate, Enfield, Winchmore, Finchley directly outside the house. We have off road parking, and plenty of parking outside the property. It's a very safe area, with very low levels of crime.
We've had lots of people stay with us- from international travellers to local business people. If you've got family nearby and want to visit them, then we're ideal for you too. We're very close to Enfield, Winchmore Hill, Southgate, Oakwood, Cockfosters, Barnet, Hadley Wood, and in 10-20 minutes striking distance of Finchley, Barnet, Muswell Hill, Highgate, Hampstead. As we're in the middle of North London, anywhere North, East or West London is ideal- though if you've got relatives in South London, look elsewhere as no-one wants to battle London traffic. We're easily accessible off the M25, the North Circular and closer roads that don't get heavy congestion.
We love good food and the house is set up to be able to entertain and enjoy large meals together with a gorgeous dining table accommodating 8-10 people comfortably. It can fit all 13 around in a squeeze. There's a lovely barbecue and garden to sit out in and enjoy.
We love our tech. We have a big flatscreen TV with satellite TV (Virgin Tivo), an Apple TV, a large Cambridge Studio hifi and speakers, and free wifi access. (We'll give you password and there's no limit to what you can download). Whatsmore with advance planning, we can make our guest iPad available to you during your stay.
The kitchen offers a washing machine, microwave, oven, cooker, toaster and kettle. There's lots of gorgeous crockery you can enjoy for lovely dining meals, as we do lots of hosting events and groups over for dinner.
These prices are based on sole usage of the property. We live in and love the house and want to rent out the space to help us fund a new project. We have parents living nearby, that we live with when renting out our space and as we're self employed we can stay and work there.
