Full description:

Set in London, this striking newly refurbished flat is a truly desirable accommodation. To say this is a fully furnished flat would be an understatement; we would rather describe it as a bring-just-yourself accommodation. An ideal place for the commuter, the nearby Winchmore Hill National Rail station provides direct access to London Moorgate in approximately 25 minutes.

Access to the flat is through digital security entry, with motion sensor lighting in the hallway. The accommodation offers free wifi and off-street parking - so there is nothing extra to pay!

The property is newly carpeted throughout for comfort (except the kitchen and bathroom, and with good reason!)

The stunning brand new fitted kitchen is outfitted with luxury black Starstone granite flooring, underfloor heating and motion sensor powered LED down lights and decor lights. For your convenience, the kitchen provides a brand new Indesit dishwasher and washing machine, Kenwood microwave, stylish Kettle and Toaster, Indesign integrated double oven, a full dining set, knife block, worktop saver, and a set of luxury hotel branded cotton towels. With the foldable breakfast bar and matching leather stools, the kitchen offers a contemporary yet homely feel.

The bathroom continues the modern theme of the kitchen, also featuring the beautiful heated granite tiling and features a chrome heated towel rail and a fully enclosed shower and free-standing basin with modern waterfall tap. The bathroom feature split colour textured wall tiles, giving an elegant feel.

The bedroom features a refreshing yet romantic theme, with a luxurious leather TV bed of double size featuring a motorised retracting 32 inch LCD TV, so you can enjoy entertainment from the comfort of your bed. The bed comes pre-fitted with brand new high quality duvets and covers, to match the theme of the room, as well as a set of brand new high quality hotel branded luxury cotton towels. The bedroom features a wardrobe and spacious dressing table with a large mirror. Also provided are a bed-side table and lamp. The bedroom features thick luxurious blackout curtains and an orthopaedic memory foam mattress to help you get a good night's sleep.

The 2nd bedroom / reception sports a vibrant lively scheme, featuring a 50 inch wall mounted LG LCD TV, a thick pile soft rug, and several pieces of designer furniture including: a rotating designer coffee table with built in concealed storage so you can keep those magazines cleanly out of sight. The luxury leather sofa bed is not to be missed, capable of seating up to four people, or two people in ultimate style with arm rests and a contracting drinks table. The sofa sleeps up to two when reclined into bed position. Also provided is a white high-gloss designer dining table with 4 chairs, making it an ideal room to wind down and spend time with family or friends.

This property also enjoys a scenic location, opposite the quiet and green rugby playing fields.

We have formed strong relations with some of London's most popular tourist attractions and the leisure industry and are now able to offer our guests discounts at various attractions including the London IMAX theatre, Planet Hollywood, London Dungeons, Tower Bridge Exhibition, London City Cruises, Bus Tours and guided walks and discounts at various London restaurants.

We are happy to provide our guests with a UK sim card providing great value for money. The sim comes preloaded with a monthly allowance of 500 UK minutes, unlimited UK texts and 1 GB internet. Calls abroad are charged at low rates e.g. 3p per minute to the USA or 5p to France and the sim already comes loaded with £5 credit to spend. If you buy two sim cards you will enjoy free unlimited calls to one another! The sim card is charged at £15. An unlocked phone must be used.

Arrangements can be made for airport transfers enabling guests to save money compared to using airport taxis.

Guests can opt for free upgrade for an unlimited movie subscription, giving you access to movies on the 50 inch screen or TV bed.

Bookings and numbers of guests:

This is a one bedroom apartment which is furnished with a luxury TV bed equipped to sleep up to two. However we do offer you the flexibility for you to arrive as four guests at no further charge. The sofa may be reclined into bed position sleeping one or two people depending on your preference. If required, a further single futon mattress or cot may be provided for comfort at a surcharge of £10 per night. Four guests is the maximum that can be accommodated.

Welcome desk opening hours and additional fees:

Our welcome desk is open from 8am to 8pm. If you wish to check-in or check-out out of these hours a fee will be applicable. We are available at any hour on the phone.

- Arrivals or departures between 8pm to 10pm or 7am to 8am hold a small £10 fee.

- Any arrivals or departures between 10pm to 7am carry a £40 charge.

The flat has no garden but a quiet, green space is available just opposite the flat.

The standard damage deposit is £350 however this may vary according to the length of your stay. An additional £250 deposit applies to use of the iPad.

Please note passports and relevant ID will be required upon check-in as per UK regulations. If these items are not produced upon check-in we reserve the right to turn you away.

£50 charge (excl. VAT) if the apartment is left in a mess upon check-out and should the apartment demand heavy cleaning.

We cannot accept one day bookings more than three weeks in advance of the check-in date. A surcharge of £50 applies to one day bookings.
