The Location
The apartment is near the junction of Stoke Newington Church & High St. So you are spoilt for choice when it comes to cool shops, bars and restaurants. Church St has a village feel whereas High St is more urban.
It's just 30 seconds from Stoke Newington train station which is on the Enfield-Liverpool St line. You can easily be in the heart of the city within 15 minutes and the same from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. The trendy night-life & fashion area of Dalston is just a 10 minute bus ride away.

The Place
This bright and spacious duplex 3 bed apartment has lovely feel to it. The upper level has wooden floors throughout. Built into the roof of the building it has Velux windows in everyroom which allows light to flood every corner. A wonderful feature of the bathroom is that the velux window is directly over the shower. This provides a virtual sunshower in the morning. The two bedrooms on this level are generously sized doubles with plenty of storage space. The lower floor is home to a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely sized lounge with two reclining couches. Leisure options
Over the road is the Abney Road Cemetery, a picturesque graveyard which is popular place for a stroll or jog. On the next block is Sunstone, a female only gymnasium. There's a state of the art municipal gym 10 minutes walk down Church St opposite the lovely Clissold Park. The park itself provides a plethora of activities, from an open air paddling pool to a small wildlife centre, from skate/BMX park to an adventure playground. It also makes the perfect location for an early morning jog. :)
