We are based on the top floor of this amazing apartment with its modern tasteful decor. The living / dining room with its high ceilings and spotlights opens to the open plan fully equipped kitchen.
Guest will have access to the whole apartment which has one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one smaller bedroom, a nice sized bathroom, kitchen and large living / dining area. We have a double bed in both rooms plus a double sofa bed in the living room all with hypoallergenic bed linen.
The flat consists of the following:
• Master bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers
• Large Lounge with a dining table
• 42 inch Samsung TV
• Family bathroom which has a bath, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
• En suite to master bedroom with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
• Fitted kitchen, fully functional with built in oven, hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, washing machine and microwave.
• Gas/Central heating
• Short Let to 12 months
• Can sleep 6 people as settee converts to a double bed.
• Suits executives / professionals, visitors and holiday-makers
• Bedding, towels etc provided
• Iron and Ironing Board
• Basic kitchen and bathroom cleaning detergents
• £150 deposit, which is held against breakages and misuse. The total amount is returnable when you leave (This is payable to Holiday Lettings when booking).
We will be more than happy to advise on anything in the apartment during your stay but we respect your privacy and will only be present in checking in/out unless otherwise needed.
Edmonton green is a very lively area where you can enjoy a stay in London without the hustle and bustle of the city centre. With Edmonton Green Station a stone's throw from the apartment the heart of London is just a short train journey away.
There is plenty to do in the local area, football fans can discover Tottenham Hotspur FC's White Hart Lane stadium less than 2 miles away, whilst golf enthusiasts can enjoy Bush Hill Park Golf Club.
This part of London also boasts some outstanding outdoor spaces, such as Lee Valley Regional Park, which played host to some Olympic events in 2012.
Closer to home we have a shopping centre which includes a JD Sports, Wilkinsons, Boots and many more. It also houses a local market with fresh produce. A 24 hour Asda is literally a few minutes away as are some lovely restaurants nearby.
As mentioned Edmonton Green train station is a mere 2-4 minutes walk away with trains running every 8-15 minutes into London Liverpool street. Or to reach an underground station, Seven Sisters is only a few stops away getting you to an underground station in less than 10 minutes. A number of buses also depart from the major bus depot on the high street.
Unfortunately the apartment will not be ready until 16th June 2014 as we are undergoing refurbishment. Internal photograph should be ready closer to this date, please check back for updates.
