STUDIO FLAT with separate KITCHEN and BATHROOM - (3 ROOMS in total, NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE), and private ENTRANCE, and private GARDEN. The flat is situated in Muswell Hill, Colney Hatch Lane, London N10 1BD.

The flat is available for MINIMUM 1 WEEK LET (CLEANING FEE APPLIES AT END OF LET currently at £39)

MUSWELL HILL, N10. An upmarket Town situated on the top of a Hill in North London with views of the City. The key attraction in the area is ALEXANDER PALACE, N10 with all its exhibitions, festivals and pubs.

North London

Alexander Palace and Hampstead Heath are well worth a visit, and are both nearby.

There are many excellent restaurants in nearby Muswell Hill and of course Alexander Palace which is has an international conference and exhibition area.
