A spacious sitting/dining room with large windows overlooks the attractive front garden. It has comfortable seating grouped around a period fireplace and a large Victorian dining table which seats up to 6 people in comfort. A television has been provided for the entertainment of visitors.
A recently installed fully fitted kitchen provides electric oven and hob, extractor fan, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. An extending kitchen table which seats up to 6 people is ideal for less formal dining. French doors open out onto an area of decking with lovely views to the beach. This area has been equipped with table and chairs making an alfresco meal a tempting proposition.
The large Master bedroom has a peaceful ambience. There is a double bed and plenty of cupboard and drawer space and an en suite shower. There is one further roomy double bedroom quietly situated to the rear of the property as well as a smaller twin bedroom. These two bedrooms share a simple family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and WC.
There is ample private parking to the rear of the property which is accessed from Beach Road. The property benefits attractive gardens front and rear. The walled rear garden offering a safe play area and a barbecue.
The Edinburgh / Lothians / East Lothian region


East Lothian offers visitors both seaside and countryside. Local towns such as Haddington are well worth a visit. Numerous castles and historic houses such as Tantallon Castle, Lennoxlove and Dirleton Castle are all within easy reach. The Scottish Seabird Centre is to be found in North Berwick and the John Muir Way passes through the town providing keen walkers delightful opportunities to investigate the surrounding countryside and coastline.
The North Berwick area
North Berwick is an attractive and lively small town renowned for its golf courses. It is situated on the beautiful East Lothian coastline and boasts a great range of local facilities including golf courses, restaurants and a tempting array of shops selling local produce. There are good rail and road links to both Edinburgh and Berwick on Tweed should one wish to explore further afield.
