A one bedroom beach front holiday apartment in North Berwick. Aviemore is a spacious ground floor holiday apartment in North Berwick directly facing the sea. The Victorian beach front apartment has high ceilings, large picture windows, offering breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. The East Beach stretches out infront of the apartment with the boating pond and the harbour just 2 minutes walk to the left of the property front door. Enjoy a home from home well equipped spacious kitchen, perfect for inviting guests round for dinner. Aviemore is one of our child friendly properties and a zed bed and cot can be provided together with the sofa bed should you require. If you are booking for more than two guests please let us know so we can prepare the property for your arrival. There is a small charge for additional guests/ beds required.

Nearest Bar/Pub: The Ship, No 12 Quality Street both 4 minutes walk

Nearest Restaurant: Many to choose from here in North Berwick , Zittos a few minutes walk from the door- family Italian, Osteria for fine dining , The Grange, Lucky House, Poonthias and the Rocketerr are all within a 3 minute walk from the holiday apartment.

Location Type: Aviemore is located on Melbourne Road. You will be in the perfect location for enjoying the beach and the spectacular sea views, . The town centre- The High Street is only a 4 minute walk away making it very easy for you to enjoy all the restaurants, shops without having to take a car..

Bedrooms: From here you can also enjoy the sea views through the large picture windows, you will be able to hear the waves as you drift off to sleep. There is a double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the sitting room should you require. . If you would like to use the sofa bed please confirm at the time of booking to enable us to arrange for it to be available. An additional charge of £50.00 will apply

Bathrooms: The bathroom spacious with bath and electric overhead shower , w/c and wash hand basin

Kitchen: The home from home kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is large dining table to seat 6 making this perfect place for a family/ friends gathering

General: We provide all bedding for you stay which is hotel quality, please however, bring your own towels as these are not provided. If you would like to hire towels from us please let us know or any additional bedding for guests if required. Towel hire charges £5.00 per person per set. Free WIFI

Sitting room : Relax and unwind in the sitting room with the breathtaking view! There are two large comfortable sofas, one being a sofa bed which can be used on request. There is a colour television for your enjoyment plus a Dvd player
