Stunning Self Catering holiday property- The Gulls is a seaside house located right on the seafront of North Berwick, East Lothian . The property is a Victorian property which has been split into two. The Gulls is accessed by its own main door and the accommodation is on the 1st and 2nd floor level. The views from The Gulls are amazing.

The Auld Hoose, a very nice traditional pub only 2 minutes walk,

Nearest Restaurant:

The Grange, Number 12, both less than 2 minutes walk

The dining room is furnished with a large table and chairs , and enjoys the views arross the bay and the harbour,

This is a perfect room for relaxing and watching the every changing coastline. There is a small Tv and plenty of easy chairs. There is a small patio for enjoying an evening glass of wine!

Sitting room :

The sitting room is funished with large leather sofas, there is a colour television, plus of course the view.....

General:

This property is pet friendly, and benefits from private parking for one car and private access directly onto the beach. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT SPACE FOR MORE THAN ONE CAR. Bed linen and utilties are included in the rental price, however please bring your own towels. Towels can be hired on request from Coast Properties

Outside:

There is a private patio area which leads you directly to the beach

"A perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area."

The house is in a perfect location close to the shops and many restaurants while having amazing sea views and easy access to the beach, coastal walks and golf course as well as boat trips etc. There is space for one car, but it is also a short walk to the railway station and bus stops with good services into Edinburgh.
The house is comfortable and we loved spending time in the sunroom on the first floor overlooking the beach. There is also a fantastic sea view from the double bed on the second floor which is raised to window height so you can look out to sea while enjoying the cup of morning tea that someone kind might bring for you!
