Domaine St Ferreol is an authentic vineyard that offers luxurious holiday accommodation for rental and is also an ideal setting for celebrating your special occasion. Located in the heart of the Herault Valley in Languedoc, close to Pezenas (6km) and sunny Mediterranean beaches (25km) there are a wealth of cultural & sporting activities to keep you busy all year round.

Dating back to 822 the ancient Domaine lies in a peaceful 35 acre estate, surrounded by vineyards with 2 acres of wooded parkland, 1 km of riverbank, a bamboo park & natural water gardens and ponds. The extensive grounds include a large secluded pool (13x6M) set in its own landscaped garden. For the children there is an enclosed children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit, table tennis and 14ft trampoline & a large park with plenty of nooks and crannies. The 6 villas have been tastefully restored, retaining many original features & offer a unique blend of traditional Languedoc character with all the luxurious comforts of home.

Chez Pierre is a delightful and charming one bedroomed villa. With original beamed ceilings throughout, the spacious lounge with kitchen diner is dual aspect giving plenty of light.

To the front are huge French doors to the courtyard and a large glazed door to the rear where there is a private garden with table, chairs and a barbeque. This overlooks the St Ferreol flower gardens beyond.

A tasteful use of colours, homely furnishings and french style antique furniture add plenty of character and charm.

The villa is ideal for a couple or a family with a small child.

The kitchen is fully equiped with a full sized cooker & hob, microwave & fridge -freezer.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with it's antique furnishings, plenty of room for a cot or fold-out bed for one child.

There is a bright spacious bathroom with a large shower, hand basin & WC.

Why can't I call Jorje (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jorje (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
