Domaine St Ferreol is an authentic vineyard that offers luxurious holiday accommodation for rental and is also an ideal setting for celebrating your special occasion. Located in the heart of the Herault Valley in Languedoc, close to Pezenas (6km) and sunny Mediterranean beaches (25km) there are a wealth of cultural & sporting activities to keep you busy all year round.

Dating back to 822 the ancient Domaine lies in a peaceful 35 acre estate, surrounded by vineyards with 2 acres of wooded parkland, 1 km of riverbank, a bamboo park & natural water gardens and ponds. The extensive grounds include a large secluded pool (13x6M) set in its own landscaped garden. For the children there is an enclosed children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit, table tennis and 14ft trampoline & a large park with plenty of nooks and crannies. The 6 villas have been tastefully restored, retaining many original features & offer a unique blend of traditional Languedoc character with all the luxurious comforts of home.

Named after the fragrant Laurel that is abundant in the flower gardens of this villa and provides a delicious fragrance throughout the summer evenings, le Laurier provides spacious, family friendly accommodation all on one level. Ideal for families with younger children as well as doting grandparents !

With ceilings 4m high and French doors throughout enabling the sunshine to flood in, the interior resembles a spacious and very chic manor house. There are exposed beams in the lounge - diner and a beautiful stone carved fireplace which bring out the property's ancient character. Decorated in an elegant country style, with colourful paintings and sumptuous soft furnishings, the lounge offers a peaceful and relaxing seating area with comfortable large sofas.The dining area next to the fireplace provides ample seating for up to 8 people. For additional relaxation, a TV, DVD player and music centre is also provided.

The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and is excellently furnished with cooker, hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space for groceries and of course wine!

There is a bathroom with bath & shower, WC, wash hand basin and storage cupboard beneath. There is also an en-suite second bathroom with bath and separate shower cubical, WC, wash hand basin and storage cupboard beneath, again equipped to the highest standard.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, the Master bedroom with ornate fireplace and antique furnishings, a double bedroom with double bed and an extra French day bed ( which makes a great extra child's bed ) and a third twin bedded room with en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and hanging space either with antique wardrobes or built-in storage cupboards. Extra beds and cots can be added as required.

The French doors from the kitchen lead out to the private enclosed garden area, with table, chairs, parasol and massive stone built BBQ; this is surrounded by mature laurel hedges and looks out on the estates fruit & flower & fruit gardens with mature apricot, peach, and cherry trees. There are a couple of Reading nooks under the trees perfect for an afternoon snooze.

Le Laurier is a delightful villa with very spacious sleeping accommodation for either couples or families.

    How do damage deposits work?
