The villa has been delightfully restored with a great deal of care for your comfort and enjoyment.

The property comprises a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room and a kitchen with a beamed ceiling. The lounge area has an ancient cast iron wood burning fire to keep the chill away on cooler evenings. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

This villa is one of six high quality holiday villas on this beautiful wine domaine close to Pezenas. It is located in an area around the estate's charming courtyard and it has its own completely independent entrance at the front and a garden at the rear. If you happen to be holidaying with friends or family it might be possible to rent another villa here too - please enquire.

The villa has a lovely garden at the rear with a table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue so you can relax in your own private space and dine al fresco on a balmy Merditerranean evening. Beyond your own garden there's over an acre of the loveliest parkland to explore and enjoy and a super large swimming pool in a beautiful lawned setting.

This lovely place surrounded by vineyards is in an idyllic location between the Black Moutains and the Mediterranean Sea and is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the bustle of your busy day-to-day life.

Whilst the estate is in the countryside you are well-placed for sightseeing trips to the Mediterranean beaches, the lovely town of Pezenas, the Cathar castles and the medieval abbeys as well as some great days-out for children like going to Aqualand at Cap d'Agde, or the wonderful new Mare Nostrum Aquarium in Montpellier.
