Self Catering Barn in Niton, Isle of Wight, Sleeps 2-4

The Barn at Buddle Place dates from the 18th Century & stands in the grounds of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse. It has recently been renovated to a high standard & designed in contemporary style with open plan living areas.

The barn is detached & has lovely views to the English Channel from the upstairs bedrooms & sea glimpses from downstairs.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double with king size bed & the other with twin beds. On the landing is a small bathroom with toilet & basin.

On the ground floor there is family bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet & basin. A beautiful bespoke kitchen with quartz countertops , dishwasher, fridge/ice compartment, washing machine, microwave & Bosch hob/oven. The dining area has an original Ercol Elm table & 4 chairs. The living area has a sofa, two armchairs & a woodburning stove all in a double height space with an exposed stone wall.

French doors lead onto the patio with a private south facing garden with sea glimpses.

Off street parking is available for one car in the cobbled yard

Short lets available from 3 days during low season. Well behaved dogs welcome apart from July & August ( £30 supplement.)

The Island is a beautiful place to spend your holiday with plenty of things to see and do including: sailing, walking, lovely beaches, fossil hunting & other tourist attractions. Osborne House, The Needles Battery, Music Festivals.


Buddle Barn is nestled in an area known as the Undercliff, known for its temperate micro climate and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by National Trust downland & beautiful coastal walks.

Niton village is close by where you will find a grocery, general store, chemist, post office & tea room.
