The lounge has a cool, airy feel to it, with a tall ceiling and tiled floor as well as patio doors that lead out, on two aspects, to large covered terraces. Furnished with comfortable sofas as well as satellite TV, DVD and CD players this is a great space to relax and unwind in if life gets too hectic around the pool!At one side of the living room is the kitchen area. Separated from the main living area by a breakfast bar, this space is well equipped for the preparation of full meals as well as snacks and light lunches. It benefits from a full sized oven with 4 ring hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker as well as ample storage and work space.
On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is a more formal dining area which incorporates a good sized table and chairs that will seat 6 with ease.The master bedroom, a double, is located on the upper level. It benefits from fitted wardrobes and a picture window that looks out over a large balcony to the poolside and views beyond.
The upstairs twin bedroom is simply but attractively furnished. It benefits from air conditioning a picture window that overlooks the pool, and patio doors to one side lead out to a private veranda.
The other twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. Its furnishings reflect those in the upstairs twin. It too benefits from air conditioning and some lovely views from the patio doors that lead out onto the covered terrace, with pool beyond.
From the landing, next to the master bedroom, the first floor balcony with its pergola style roof and spectacular sea views can be accessed.
On the ground floor is a shower room with WC whilst on the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, and WC. A washing machine is also located there. A further, separate WC is also available on this level.

The focal feature of the outside space is the large private pool, surrounded by an extensive sun terrace made from locally quarried stone. With loungers, parasols and a built in barbecue, as well as the extensive shaded terrace that skirts the length of the house, this is an ideal area for al fresco dining as well as enjoying the sunshine and sumptuous views.
