About the home

Situated in its own peaceful parkland, the 15th century Chateau Ardille boasts five large en suite bedrooms, tennis court, indoor pool (which is completely enclosed & adjoins the house), a gym and table tennis. With a fully equipped American-style kitchen and attractively styled reception rooms, there is also a two-bedroom cottage which can be rented with the chateau for groups of up to 17.

Chateau Ardille is available for groups of up to 13 to sleep in its five en-suite bedrooms. The cottage can be rented in conjunction with the chateau for larger groups of up to 17.

Ground floor: Large airy lounge with TV and original marble fireplace and light fittings.
- Fully equipped gym and sauna.
- Oak panelled dining room with an original marble fireplace.
- Large american-style kitchen with dining table. Fully equipped with electric oven, halogen hob, eight ring gas hob, double ovens, microwave and dishwasher.

First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
- Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
- Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and additional single bed.
- Family room with a double and 2 singles with large en-suite shower room.

Second floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Cottage: 1 double bedroom.
- 1 twin bedroom.
- A separate bathroom
- Large living room/kitchen.

Outside: The chateau is set in an acre of parkland filled with chestnut trees. There is an indoor pool (11mx3m), tennis court, pool table, ping pong table, gym, boules, badminton, and bicycles available. There is also a gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and dine on. Parking space available for plenty of cars.

Further details

- Security deposit: €150. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Please note that pool towels are not included.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price. Use of the sauna is charged separately. This can be paid on departure according to use.
- End of stay cleaning: Included.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Pets allowed with prior arrangement.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
