PRICES INCLUDE FREE USE OF CAR. Our villa which is brand new , is a 3 bedroom villa, very private with a large swimming pool 5x10m2. There are one double and two twin bedrooms. A cot is also available. There are 4 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating one in each bedroom, plus one at the living room! The large room has en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment, washbasin. A large bathroom is also available for all quests, including a washing machine. The living room boasts 1 triple sofa, 1 double sofa, 1 armchair and a coffee table, while the kitchen is fully equipped with hobs and fan, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, grill, tea maker, coffee maker, full set of kitchen utensils.
The property is located on 3 ½ acres of land, full of lemon, orange and banana trees. It has a panoramic view of a mountain, a river, and even the sea in the distance! A free car is included in the price.

The Paphos District
From our villa you are within easy reach of the Troodos mountains. Your journey will take you through many beautiful villages and spectacular scenery.
Aphrodite Rock, Petra Tou Romiou: you are just 6 minutes away form this area of spectacular beauty. According to legend the goddess of love Aphrodite was born out of the waves at this beach.
Nikoklia area
If you are a birdwatcher there could be no better place to stay ! You can watch birds at the Diarizos Valley (150 meters from the villa) or just visit Asprokremnos Dum (pictures below), which is just 2km away.
Timi beach: secluded beach 6 km away from villa. The beautiful clear water is ideal for swimming in a natural environment.
The golf course is 8 minutes drive away from the property.

How to get there
From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction turn right and follow this road over motor way bridge past petrol station over bridge at dry river bed. Turn left and look for the sign post for Nikoklia (The first village on the way up to Troodos mountains. Do not enter the village !) follow this road for about 1 km until you see Vasilias Nikoklis Inn on your right. The villa is situated at the rear of the inn.
From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way. Then drive to Paphos following the motor way and just look for the exit at Kouklia village. Turn left and follow the old road to Paphos. Drive for about 3 km and look for sign post for Nikoklia (The road to Troodos mountains). Turn right and look for the sign post for Nikoklia (The first village on the way up to Troodos mountains – Do not enter the village !) follow this road for about one km until you see Vasilias Nikloklis Inn on your right. The villa is situated at the rear of the inn.

Further details outdoors: Private swimming pool 5x10 m with 2 ladders, also 6 sun-beds and 6 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or when necessary.
There is a veranda looking out over the river bed and the mountains, and even sea view further off to the coast. The area of garden and swimming pool has river and mountain view.
