Located off the pedestrian Rue Massena, this beautiful one bedroom ground floor apartment opens onto a small terrace, with private parking. The Promeade des Anglais and beach is less than 200 metres from the apartment and around the corner are numerous restaurants and shops.
The apartment can also be accessed from the chic Avenue de Suede.
Although centrally located, this apartment is very private and quiet. The apartment is light and airy and comes with a double bedroom and a wall of fitted wardrobes, a living room with bed settee, fully equipped kitchenette and excellent shower. Outside is a small table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissant or evening drink.
The beautiful old town of Nice 'Vieux Nice' with its winding streets and restaurants is a short stroll away.
There are excellent bus and rail links with Monte Carlo and Cannes, both a short journey away. Both the bus station 'Gare Routiere' and train station are within 10 minutes from the apartment. Bike and car rental places nearby.
With its central location and private parking - which is rare in Nice - this is an ideal apartment to enjoy Nice and the whole Cote d'Azure experience.

We guarantee the entrance to the building (if necessary through the car entrance) and the entrance to the apartment (with removable wooden platform that allows to overcome the terrace step). Inside doors minimum width: 65 cm. The bathroom, as well as the other rooms, are not equipped for people with reduced mobility, but rooms wideness ensures good movement. The nearest beach is suitable for wheelchairs users (slip road and cement platform).

Amazing holiday in Nice, apartment was lovely, very clean and in a great place. So easy to find and right in the centre, five minutes to the Messena, two minutes to the beach. Although in the centre of all the action, so lovely and quite as down a full-details-sac. Will highly recommend and definitely going back.

"Brilliant location, lovely apartment."
Had a fun break in september 2012. Apartment a greatbase for a couple. Good kitchen and bathroom well equiped apartment. Great location on a street with many shops, restaurants and cafes. 5 minutes walk to beach. Walking distance to all Nice attractions, near good bus and rail links. Easy day trips to Cannes and Monaco.
Owner had great communication and provided brilliant tips for visiting local area, travel and eating out.

We have been coming to Nice for 10 years and this was our 3 rd year to this charming flat.
It is perfectedly poisoned for everything you need,supermarket, boulangerie, restaurants etc. The beach is 2 mins walk as is the bus stop for the airport- no need for a taxi and no need to hire a car although there is parking with the apartment. Although you are in the heart of everything for a great atmosphere, the flat is positioned between 2 streets with a private courtyard which makes it so quiet. It is such a great find. Nice is a wonderful city by the sea with a choice of private and public beaches. There is always something going on with live music etc. Anne the owner of the flat, is very accommodating and key arrangements etc are so easy. The flat is perfect for 2 and we would definately recommend it. It is extremely good value for money especially given it's sort after position. We have already rebooked for 2012.
We used to stay at the hotel next door because of the position so could not believe our luck that this apartment is located where it is.
We would be very disappointed not to be able to rent this apartment.
