This lovely apartment with 3 rooms and kitchen,have a wonderful view of natural beauty. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and balcony with sun beds. The other bedroom has a single bed.
The living room has a big dining table,sofa bed for 2 person, TV ,Radio/CD-player.

From the balcony ,which is furnished, you have a nice view and you can see a little bit of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped , dishwasher,refrigerator,freezer,oven ,cooker etc.
There is 2 bathrooms with shower and WC.Washing machine.
Private parking ,double garage,

French Riviera is known for its temperate climate. The apartment is located in a beautiful landscape with high mountains around. You can see the Alps from the apartments balcony.
Calm area with natural beauty.

Just a few minutes from the apartment there is a Vineyard, Chateau de Cremat,worth a visit.
It takes about 10 minutes by car to the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach.

Nice / Nice West area

Nice is a fantastic town for exploring the Cote d´Azur. Outside the apartment there is a bus stop.It takes about 25 minutes in to ''Old Town''. Every day( except Mondays,which is reserved for Antiques Market),you will find fruits,fresh vegetables,flowers,and a lot of spices. A lot of cosy restaurants to visit.

It is easy to go to Monaco by bus from Nice Centre.The price is only 1 euro. You can also go to the boarder and visit the big market,every Friday in Ventimiglia,Italy. Very famous and popular.Easiest to take the train.Beautiful trip along the coast.

If you go to the west,you can visit Cannes and Antibes. Cannes and the famous film festival palace is worth a visit.In May month is when the big filmfestival start.

How to get there

Good value direct flights to Nice with Easyjet.co.uk,flyglobespan,flybmi.com. Mr Jet .etc.
Local bus from airport every 20 minutes. Bus number 62 from bus station.
Apartment located about 4 km from City. Recommend to hire a car.
Car rental at the airport.
