Situated in the Musicians Quarter of Nice the apartment is located in Rue Gounod. The apartment is situated on the first floor (short flight of stairs but no lift) and consists of two spacious double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a small bed settee in the lounge area suitable for a child. A living dining room, small separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The flat is not air conditioned but there are two revolving ceiling fans and 2 small balconies off each bedroom.

Nice, on the French Riviera, has been a popular coastal, tourist destination for centuries for it's attractive climate and friendly atmoshere. Its worth taking the time to discover Nice in depth : wander at random through the narrow streets of the old town and then stroll along the famous "Promenade" before entering into the heart of the city with its rich architectural and cultural heritage and its parks and gardens.
Nice / Musicians' Quarter area
Situated in the Musicians Quarter of Nice the apartment is located in Rue Gounod, which runs down from the main Railway Station (Nice Gare SNCF) to the Promenade des Anglais. It is therefore ideally located either for exploring the region, lazing on the beach or shopping in the main Avenue Jean Medecin, approximately a ten minute walk away.
Trains run frequently along the coast to Monaco, Cannes. Italy is only a 40 minute journey away to Ventimiglia.
How to get there
Fly to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport . A bus service (99) runs every half an hour directly from the airport and takes approx 20mins to Nice Gare SNCF and then a five minute walk to the apartment. Full information is provided in our literature.

Conditions
The apartment is normally let on a weekly basis, but mid week lets, long weekends or longer lets are available at the owners discretion.
Time of vacation is normally 10am morning and arrival not before 3pm but this is also flexible.
On booking a £100 security deposit is required. This will be refunded on departure when keys are returned. Payment in full is required one 6 weeks prior to departure.
A greet and meet can be arranged at the start of your holiday at an extra cost, if required.
