Designed to meet the demands of a business clientele as well as holidaymakers, “Casa Borgia” is ideally located in the “Quartier des Musiciens”, in the heart of Nice. A few blocks away from the Promenade des Anglais and the Place Masséna, “Casa Borgia” and its garden are a haven of peace right in the city centre, a very convenient place from where to discover Nice, its cultural scene, its beaches and its night life. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, plasma screens with French and international channels, wifi Internet access, radio alarm clocks and iPod/iPhone docks, as well as safes.

The city of Nice, which sits on France's Mediterranean coast near to the Italian border, is a major tourist centre and an important resort on the Cote d'Azur (the French Riviera). The area's popularity is due to a number of factors, including its ideal climate (including year-round sunshine) and beaches. Besides the enchanting sun-soaked city of Nice itself, you can explore the surrounding area, including famous resorts such as St Tropez and Cannes, the enchanting Provencal countryside with its lavender fields and charming hilltop villages, or even venture beyond France itself to Monaco or northern Italy.
Nice / Musicians' Quarter area
Our apartment is situated in the very centre of Nice, just a few blocks from the world-famous Promenade des Anglais. If you're heading to France for sun and sea, then it's just a short walk to the beach for an early-morning dip in the Med or a late-afternoon laze on the beach. If, on the other hand, you feel like a bit of retail therapy followed by some classic French cuisine, then we are just a few streets away from Nice's main shopping streets, which are also home to a rich variety of restaurants. Transport is also easy and convenient: there is no need to rent a car while you are here, and we are just 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the airport.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Quartier des Musiciens, a predominantly residential district, meaning that it is quiet at night and you should not be disturbed by noise!

“Casa Borgia” has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with antique bathtub, double washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate restroom. You can relax and take your meals in the lovely garden.
“Casa Borgia” is a non-smoking apartment. Animals are not allowed.
Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment and the rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Linen is changed weekly.
