One room , cosy apartment in Nice Centre. This apartment is bright and cosy, 3th floor. New built house with an elevator. Perfect for a couple. The room have a double bed for 2. TV. Balcony with a small table and chairs. View over a small back yard. Nice to enjoy your breakfast in the sun at the balcony.
Kitchen in the room. Cooker,microwave, refrigerator etc. Fresh bathroom with WC and shower.
Air Condition , Internet access.
The apartment is located in a perfect area. Big supermarket, restaurants and shops around the corner. Walking distance to 'Old Town' in Nice, about 10 minutes stroll. To the sea and the beach also 10 minutes. Harbour with luxury ships about 5 minutes away. Bus stop is near. It is very easy and cheap to go by bus
along the whole Riviera. Only 1 Euro to go to Monaco, Cannes etc. Train station just 5 minutes away. We recommended you to go by train to the boarder and visit Ventimiglia in Italy. Train takes about 1 hour a long the beautiful coast. Ventimiglia have a famous , big market every Friday. You can find a lot of nice things like jeans, leather bags, T-shirts etc. You can also buy lovely fresh fruit, cheese and Italian food.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our holiday. The apartment is towards the port side of Nice, so you are a nice walking distance from the sea and beaches. Also a handy location if you are planning on catching the train to nearby Cannes, Villefranche, Monaco etc with numerous bus stops near the apartment as well. Additionally the apartment was clean and well maintained, bright and welcoming. The balcony was lovely for warm evenings with a bottle of wine and peaceful at night. We will definitely stay here again! Suited all our needs. We had a perfect first holiday together here :) |
