The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-managed Residence.

Superb location with sea views.

The apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people.

Possibility of 1 extra bed but is best suited for 2 people.

The room is nicely furnished with a sofa bed, small table and chairs.

Dining table with seating for 3.

Exit to the balcony which is furnished with tables and chairs.

The views across the azure sea. The beach is across the street.

The kitchen is small, but equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, etc..

The bathroom has bath tub with shower, bidet 'and WC.

Information about the local area;

The apartment has a prime location, just below the entrance to the beautiful Chateau Colline, the 92-meter high mountain where Nice was founded. Fantastic views over the city of Nice.

It ´s close to Old Town( Vieux Nice) from the apartment .Just a few minutes walk to the famous market place Cours Saleya, which is famous for its flower market. Every day except Mondays,

(which is reserved for the Antique Market) you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits,

fragrant soaps, spices, etc.. All with a touch of Provence.

You'll also find a large number of cozy restaurants in the quaint streets.

There is much to explore in Nice and the surrounding area around. Easy and cheap to take the bus to Monaco, Italy, or in the opposite direction of Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez . The apartment is located not far from the port with its luxury yacht, ferry to Corsica is based on the port. Corsica is a great destination where you need to at least spend a few nights to catch and enjoy

this beautiful island.

You can also book a boat trip to Cannes and St. Tropez.

The famous flower market at Cours Saleya, only 5 minutes walking distance from apartment.Every day (except Mondays,which is reserved for antique market) you can buy fresh fruit,vegetables, spices and beautiful flowers.

There is a lot to do in Nice. You can visit a lot of old beautiful Cathedrals. Art galleries, museum´s Chagall and Matisse is worth a visit.

Nice also have a rich night-life for all taste. Near to go by car, bus or train to Monaco. Easy and cheap to go by bus along the Riviera that costs only 1 Euro.
