The apartment is very nice and bright..Located at 3rd floor. Elevator. Balcony is furnished with table/chairs and 2 sun beds. Nice view . You can see the sea. Living room with,TV,Radio, Internet access.Big panorama windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, owen, micro, freezer, fridge,etc. Washing machine. Small cosy guest bedroom with a single bed. Bedroom with a double bed, acess to balcony (inner yard) Master bedroom with double beds , access to balcony.(inner yard) Bathroom with bath tub/shower, and WC. There is also a separate WC. Private parking is available.

Phoenix Parc Floral de Nice, the city´s main botanical gardens with a lot of flowers and animals. If you want to visit Monaco, it just take about 35 minutes by car from Nice. We recommend to go by bus. It is very easy and cheap. Only 1 Euro.
Nice also have a rich night-life for all taste. In Nice you can visit a lot of Museums and art galleries. Near to Italy . Recommends a trip to Ventimiglia, Italy. You can go by train on Fridays and visit the famous market there. You can shop leather ,shoes,bags ,fruits,vegetables etc.
Nice with it´s night life,shops and famous Cours Saleya flowermarket is just a 15 minutes bus ride away.
