This is a stunning 5th floor - 2 bedroom apartment - in a very elegant building - in a prime central location right in centre of the Carre d'Or which is next to the pedestrian zone - in a private cul-de-sac with direct walking access through to the promenade des Anglais and beach. On entry into the apartment you have a very large living and dining area - the living area has a large and very comfy L shaped sofa bed - with full size flat screen TV and HiFi - Phone for incoming calls and ADSL/wifi internet access- there is a large 6 person dining table and chairs and a fully equipped 'American' kitchen including oven, hob, micowave, dishwasher and washing machine and all utensils. The large double windows open onto a lovely south/east facing terrace (approx 15 meters sq) with furniture - the terrace is very sunny and has an open view of the roof-tops and hills in background surrounding Nice. The master bedroom has a super-kingsize double bed (1.80m x 2m) with cupboards and an ensuite bathroom (with full bath) The 2nd twin bedroom has twin beds - that can be pushed together to make a double. All rooms have direct access on to the terrace. There is also a further shower room with toilet. This apartment has been completely refurbished and furnished to a very high standard - it has full reversible air-conditioning throughout and is located in a very quiet and secure building - making this an ideal base for families or 2 couple to enjoy Nice.

5 Adults stayed in the apartment with no difficulties and this was helped by an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. The apartment was located more or less behind the Palais de la Mediterrane and was very short walk to the beach. It was also a very short walk to the main shopping area of Nice and Nice-Ville train station which is excellent for visiting nearby Cannes and Monte Carlo.
The standard of the apartment was superior and it was very clean. Beautiful wooden floors and contemporary design meant that it was very comfortable for us. The large balcony was superb to enjoy afternoon sunshine and glasses of wine in the evening.
We would certainly recommend this apartment without hesitation.
The photos in your brochure does not do justice to the flat. The flat was superb, beautifully furnished and all amneties were very good. We did not like the furniture in the lounge, we think that sofa sets would be better, more comfortable. The location of the flat is excellent and near everywhere a tourist needs to go. We loved all ten days and will definitely go again,and my friends will be hearing about this flat. Please keep up the high standards that you have in place now.
