About the home

A lovely bright and spacious 1-bedroom top floor apartment (with lift). Situated on Nice's trendy Rue De France at the start of the Pedestrian Area with an array of restaurants, bars, boulangeries, shops and markets. The apartment is 50 meters from the beach with its own private access via Le Royal Hotel (on Promenade des Anglais next to Palais de Mediterannee). The apartment is very bright with all rooms leading onto the large sunny terrace. The terrace enjoys all-year-round Cote d'Azur sunshine and is perfect for al-fresco dining with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The spacious livingroom is equipped with a high quality sofa/bed which can be easily switched into a double bed. The dining area has a dining table for 4 persons. Thereis a TV (with english Sat TV including BBC, ITV and Sky news) and HiFi/CD Player. Phone for incoming calls and ADSL/wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully modernised and equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and wardobe and the bathroom is fitted with whb, shower, and half/bath.There is a separate WC. This property is ideal for a couple or small family.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! Very spacious and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed many nights on the balcony. The location is ideal, especially for the beach and town. It is a very nice apartement with a spacious living room a separate good kitchen and a bedroom of enough size. The furniture is nice and cosy and the TV is good. The most fantastic thing is the large terass which you reach from all the rooms of the apartement. It has morning sun but was still a fantastic place to spend afternoon and evenings. I had a perfect week in Nice in this apartement and would very much like to return. Although I was alone this time, you could easily live 3 or maybe 4 persons in this apartement.

We would like to give our thanks to Paul Manion. With regards to apartment the location is perfect, couldnt have been better. The apartment itself is very much fresh as it was shown on the web. A fully equipped apartment with new and fresh kitchen utensils, beddings, towels, etc. We would highly recommend the services of the Go-Nice for the holiday makers

We stayed for a week at the Palais the first week in June, and our experience was so positive that we will do this type of rental again. From picking up the property keys, to opening up the apartment and finding a welcome basket. Seeing the cleanliness of the apartment was a real joy. Paul was very receptive to correcting minor seasonal problems.
The apartment location is perfect for a couple who enjoys walking and taking their time getting to know the surroundings. Nice is a pefect place to relax, and the Palais Reine Marie is the location to do it. (we traveled from Costa Rica)

We had the pleasure of staying for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it, the apartment was perfect for my wife and I. The sea was so close as well as the Massena. Paul was excellent to work with and couldn’t of been any better. I highly recommend this apartment, you won’t find a better neighborhood.
