It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais - It overlooks gardens and church - the apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasent views from its semi/balcony windows. This is a very nice apartment indeed - and an ideal base for couple looking to spend time in a quality apartment.

My wife and recently returned from our vacation in Nice. We stayed at 602 Hugo Park which was a great apartment. It is a bright, modern apartment and very centrally located. The area was really nice and a couple of minuetes walk would have you at the beach. Also it was very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The ease of booking this, receiving keys and departing is a great compliment to Paul and his staff. We are looking forward to next year already.
