A really bright 1 bedroom air conditioned apartment apartment in great location - only 30 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach. This 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been completely refurbished throughout. On entry you have a very spacious and bright livingroom - with large (very comfy) double sofa/bed a TV and DVD - and CD hi-fi. There is a fully equipped american kitchen and dining area (table and 4 chairs) the kitchen has a dishwasher/oven/cooking plate/ microwave/kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a large double bed and cupboard. The bathroom has a full bath and shower in bath also there is a washing machine in bathroom. There is a separate WC. This apartment is south facing and has large double windows that open fully to get the daytime sun - The apartment is located 30 meters in its own pedestrian cul-de-sac (which makes it very quiet) However access to the Promenade and beaches is literally only 30 meters away. This is a very nice bright and light apartment perfect for a single person or couple that want to be in a quiet location near to beach.

Very nice, bright, freshly-renovated apartment. Only two minutes walk from the seafront and situated downtown. Great pad to relax in.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. Location was excellent. There are lots of quality restaurants on the same street, the beach is 1 minute away and its a short walk to the train station. All in all, we had a fabulous time in Nice and would definitely stay here again!
