The living area is about 70 sq meters and comprises two bedrooms. -One bedroom with one large bed for 2 persons ( 1,40 meter) -One bedroom with two single beds (0,80 each)
There are also two large living rooms each one with a transformable sofa-bad for two persons. This means sleeping possibilities for 8 persons.
This apartment can be separated in two apartments with an interior communication door. Since there are two separate entrances in the hall each apartment can have a perfect privacy.
Two kitchens : both with oven, hood, fridge, washing machine ( one has a dryer). Two shower rooms. The apartment enjoys a nice balcony with the sea view (as described) where to share breakfast, aperitive time, or dinner for two. The all place has been recently completly renovated. Haut de Cagnes has a lot of beautiful restaurants, a castle to visit. Also in Cagnes sur mer there is the Renoir museum, former house of the painter. The location is perfect for sea activites, or golf acivites as a lot of golf courses are situated about 15/20 minutes driving from the village. Also if you like the countryside you could go to col de Vence (18 kms), to walk or to horse back ride. Cannes and Nice are very interesting and very close and easy to go (even by train or bus :15 mns approx), and if you wish to finish your day in a very fashion city why don' you go to Monaco...
How to get there
The village is situated on the top of the hill, free shuttle (every 15mns) going there from the city. Fly to NICE international airport, then 10 minutes of taxi or buses or car rental. From the airport take, on the sea side, the direction "Antibes" few kms later take Cagnes sur mer "centre ville", then "bourg médieval" signs. Follow those signs to get in the village. You can park at the entrance of the village, free parking or "parking du planastel" public and paying parking lot. The apartment is situated at 100 meters from the castle going down on the "montée de la bourgade" .
