The entrance of the apartment is large and very bright with large windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Next to the kitchen you'll find the living room is bright as well and opens onto a very large terrace with dining table, chairs.and BBK
On the same level you'll find the first double bedroom with private bathroom. This bedroom comes out on the same terrace as the living room.
In the hallway there is a guest toilet.
The children's double bedroom, opens onto a terrace. There is also a dressing and play room.
The third bedroom has a double bed and bathroom and also opens on a terrace.
You'll find at the end of the corridor, the 4th double bedroom with his own bathroom and terrace
The apartment offers 250sqm of living pleasure and the terrace is 175sqm
The apartment have a secured parking place for one car.

“A fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment with outstanding views over the Med” We rented the apartment for 4 weeks from mid-July to mid-August 2011. Having lived in the area before for a number of years, we wanted a large and secure apartment for our extended family (plus dog) to come and go over the summer holidays. The location of the property is excellent and the views from the 20th floor of the vista from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes have to be seen to be believed. The check-in/out and the weekly cleaning service was excellent and the local team were very quick to respond to a number of minor problems that we had during our stay. Although not cheap, this is a very high quality property and worth every penny.
