This lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in elegant belle epoque building - The 1st floor apartment (with lift) has been stylishly and tastefully reburbished and furnished. On entry you have a modern and bright kitchen (with full facilities, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) There ia a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a sofabed (doublebed) and storage cupboards and TV and HiFi. Phone for incoming calls and wifi internet access. The bedroom is equipped will King size double bed and large mirrored storage cupboards. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout and is double glazed. It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais - It overlooks gardens and church - the apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasent views from its semi/balcony windows This is a very nice apartment indeed - and an ideal base for couple looking to spend time in a quality apartment.

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern extremity of France, Nice is a privileged crossroads between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. There is a large selection of nightlife for all styles and tastes in Nice, mainly centred around the bars and restaurants of Vieux Nice (old Nice) and the pedestrian zone (off place Massena)

On booking full key collection details and directions are sent - Payment is by credit card - Go-Nice has an office in central Nice at 11 rue du Congres which also gives you reassurance that there is someone available in emergencies or any everyday questions.
