'Seaview' is a 2 bed luxurious apt ( sleeps up to 6 persons). New build of 5 years. Interior designed. Located on the 5th floor served by a lift. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony where you will breathe in the wonderful sea view thus having panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The interior is contemporary-beautifully furnished and equipped. Enjoy 4* accommodation with air conditioning.

The large living area has a sofa (can be a sofa bed) and cream armchairs.Dining area for 6 persons. LCD/DVD/CD. Beautiful accessories to this apartment.There are double doors leading to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and includes a hob/grill/oven/fridge/freezer/washing machine/dishwasher.The main double bedroom has fully fitted storage/ tv/dvd / aircon.The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and storage.The bathroom has a bath and shower with instant hot water, and also a separate toilet. Apt is fully air conditioned and has internet..

The spacious lounge/dining area is relaxing and contemporary.It has an LCD/DVD/CD.Beautiful accessories.
The solid oak dining table has seating for 6 persons to enjoy the wonderful French cuisine.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher/washing machine/hob/oven/grill fridge/freezer.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and enjoy privacy and comfort.
The bathroom with separate toilet are fully tiled and enjoys constant hot water.
Relaxation and comfort is a must here!

'Seaview' enjoys a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.Relax and enjoy a glass of wine/coffee on the balcony and breathe in the atmosphere.
The Radison hotel is across the road where you can visit the 7th floor- a rooftop terrace boosting a lovely restaurant /bar.Please note guests do not have use of the swimming pool. From here you can enjoy endless views of this beautiful area and coastline or pop over to the hotel in the evening for a glass of wine and enjoy the atmosphere.
There are several shops/supermarkets and restaurants in the area.
On street parking is available outside the apt block.
The 25 minute walk along the promenade will take you to the city centre where you will be spoilt for choices.
Alternatively you can take the 23/9/10/12 bus from outside the apt to the city centre.All buses and trams cost €1.
Nice and the French Rivera offers a multitude of sights to see and things to do:
Concerts, Opera, Museums and Art Galleries,World renowned Casinos, Open Air films and Concerts.
Its world famous art galleries house collections which include Matisse, Chagall and Picasso.
The coastal and surrounding hill/mountain scenery with its myriad hilltop villages is stunning, set against the backdrop of the majestic Alpes.
Some of the numerous places I recommend to visit include:
The wonderful oldtown with its numerous winding streets of shops, restaurants and numerous historic buildings.
Antiques and bric-a-brac market food market with all local produce and the spectacular Flower market daily in the old town.
The petit train departing from the Promenade is a lovely 40 minute tour of the old town, Chateau and glorious port.
The Grand tour of Nice on the open top bus takes 1.5 hrs and runs every 30mins from the promenade.
Local excursions by bus/train to Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Menton,St Paul de Vence, Monaco/Monte Carlo Ventimiglia on the Italian border to name a few.
Or Simply stroll through Nice and enjoy this wonderful historic city.
You will never tire sitting outside and watching the world go by.Boats,, cyclists, rollerbladers or people just taking in the atmosphere.

Rental price includes fee for end of stay cleaning and linen and towels for up to 4 persons.Additional linen / towels are €25 per bed.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking to secure your reservation and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to travel.A security deposit of €200 is payable prior to travel and refunded post / pending inspection after departure.
Should you book within 8 weeks of travel date then 50% deposit is required on booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to travel.A 75% refund will be given in the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks of travel.50% refund given up to 4 weeks of travel Any cancellation within 4 weeks of travel- 25% refund will apply..

A security deposit of €200 is payable prior to arrival in case of damages or breakages.The deposit will be returned after departure upon satisfactory inventory check done during the end of stay check out.

Please note that no smoking is permitted in this apt.

Please note that the accomadation in this apt is 1 doublebed 2 adult bunk beds and a double sofabed

There is a 10% discount on reservations of more than 3 weeks.
Unfortunately this apt is not suitable for children under 12yrs due to being on the 5th floor.

Our local English/French speaking representative will meet you at the apartment, explain the facilities and provide you with the keys.They can also arrange a taxi from the airport and purchase some basic provisions for you should you require.

The Cote d'Azur was always the favourite resort of the English Irish, Russian and European aristocracy and bourgeoisie.Thanks to its glorious summers and mild winters ,its allure remains in spite of some modern changes. Nice, the lively capital of the Cote d'Azur, offers not only 6km of beaches, but one of the liveliest promenades in the world.

An array of inviting cafes and restaurants and nightlife.Visit the traffic-free zone in the centre lined with late night shops, as well as the old towns winding streets with its picturesque bistros and boutiques.

Visit the many museums and art galleries where you will enjoy immense history and art.

Enjoy a day trip to St Tropez. Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Eze, Menton, Grasse and also into Italy. The list is endless.Buses and trains/tramline are all accessible and cost €1 per trip.

Nice International Airport is situated close to the city.Inexpensive flights from the UK and other European Cities are available with Easyjet, British Airways, Aerlingus. Ryanair BMIbaby and Air France.

From terminal 1 Bus 23 takes you to outside the apt block and costs €1
From terminal 2 Bus 98/99 will take you along the promenade-get of at the Radisson hotel (across from the apt block)
Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport which will cost approx €20 and is limited of 4 passengers.

“Modern and clean apartment with all the comforts of home.” The apartment was very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need to make it an enjoyable holiday. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bike and there is a bus service on the door step. The pictures on the website are accurate and you can enjoy a sea view from the balcony. We had a very relaxing holiday and i would highly recommend this apartment to others

Beautiful apt- Endless effort and thought by the owner.We loved the busy atmosphere of the Promenade and eating at the beach restaurants opposite - while while watching a turquoise sea and endless blue skies.
