Nice is geographically blessed by being situated on the Mediterranean Sea yet offering a mountain backdrop in the form of the Alpes.
It has a temperate climate and enjoys approximately 322 days of sunshine a year making it an ideal holiday destination all year round.
Nice is ideally located for visiting other places on the south coast of France. The glamorous towns of Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco are only a thirty minute train or bus ride away.
Another option is to take a short train journey along the coast to Italy.
Day trips on the ferry to Corsica are also possible from the port of Nice.
The ski resorts of Valberg, Auron and Isola 2000 are located only 80km away with ski buses running daily from the main Bus Station during the ski season.

Nice has restaurants available to cater for every possible taste and budget ranging from traditional local specialities of socca, pan bagnat, salade nicoise and daube to international gastronomic culinary delights.
One of the reasons Nice is so appealing is its accessibility. There is no need to hire a car because walking around the city is a joy as each area presents different sights and sensations.

The living room opens up onto a large terrace (approx 16msq) with table,chairs and sun lounger, perfect for a sunny breakfast or early evening cocktail. The terrace is south facing on to a beautifully landscaped courtyard garden and is very peaceful.
The large master bedroom has a double bed and substancial storage space with large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The 2nd bedroom has a double sofa bed and a large mirrored double wardrobe.
The living room and two bedrooms have sliding glass doors which all open directly onto the terrace.
The modern bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower, double sink and heated towel rail. There is also a second independent toilet in the hallway.
