On entry there is a hallway leading to a fully equipped kitchen with hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The bright and airy living room has a wooden dining table and 4 chairs; a stylish black leather sofa with foot rest; flat screen Sony TV with Sky satellite service (english channels BBC, Sky news CNN), a DVD player and CD player.
There is wifi internet access available in the apartment.
The living room opens up onto a large terrace (approx 16msq) with table,chairs and sun lounger, perfect for a sunny breakfast or early evening cocktail. The terrace is south facing on to a beautifully landscaped courtyard garden and is very peaceful.
The large master bedroom has a double bed and substancial storage space with large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom has a brand new ( June 2010 ) double bed and chest of drawers.
The living room and two bedrooms have sliding glass doors which all open directly onto the terrace.
The modern bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower, double sink and heated towel rail. There is also a second independent toilet in the hallway.
The apartment has 24 hour Gardiennage and video entry phone.

Each room in the apartment opens onto a large sunny south facing terrace which looks out over the beautifully landscaped and peaceful courtyard gardens.
There is a large dining table, 4 dining chairs and 2 sunloungers provided for your comfort.

Rental conditions require courtesy, cleanliness and respect for the privacy of other people within the building and complex.
No excessive noise is allowed after 10pm which includes loud music.
You will be met at the apartment upon your arrival by an English speaking representative who will show you around the apartment and explain how everything works. You will then be met again and checked out and your security deposit returned to you subject to a satisfactory property inspection and return of keys.

Nice is geographically blessed by being situated on the Mediterranean Sea yet offering a mountain backdrop in the form of the Alpes.
It has a temperate climate and enjoys approximately 322 days of sunshine a year making it an ideal holiday destination all year round.
Nice is ideally located for visiting other places on the south coast of France. The glamorous towns of Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco are only a thirty minute train or bus ride away.
Another option is to take a short train journey along the coast to Italy.
Day trips on the ferry to Corsica are also possible from the port of Nice.
The ski resorts of Valberg, Auron and Isola 2000 are located only 80km away with ski buses running daily from the main Bus Station during the ski season.
The Nice / Promenade des Anglais area
Nice is a vibrant and diverse city that has something to offer and appeal to everyone.
Nice is a great destination for a relaxing beach holiday but is not only limited to it.
It is also a city of culture with a huge range of museums waiting to be discovered. An added bonus is that the museums now offer free entry.
There are plenty of historical sites to visit such as the Chateau at the heart of Vieux Nice and the roman ruins in Cimiez.
Nice also offers a huge array of retail delights ranging from traditional olive oil shops in the Old Town to streets of designer boutiques such as Rue Paradis which is home to Chanel, Louis Vuitton and many other haute couture names.
The fruit, vegetable and flower market on the Cours Saleya in Vieux Nice is a daily event (except Mondays when it sells Antiques) and is a wonderful opportunity to sample local produce.
Nice has restaurants available to cater for every possible taste and budget ranging from traditional local specialities of socca, pan bagnat, salade nicoise and daube to international gastronomic culinary delights.
One of the reasons Nice is so appealing is its accessibility. There is no need to hire a car because walking around the city is a joy as each area presents different sights and sensations.
Nice has so much to offer at almost any time of day or night, summer or winter, in fact any day of the year
and is a city that can be revisited indefinitely without tiring of it.
