The area is extremely well served with restaurants and bars, one being the famous L’Occitane. Along the promenade you will reach the famous Cours Saleya market and behind that is the Old Town stacked with history, bars, restaurants, galleries and craft shops. For history and art lovers the opportunities are endless. Town bikes for hire (as Paris) 1st 1/2 hr free locations all over town. How to get there

Direct bus from the airport to the station costs only €4. Meet and greet at the airport can be arranged if needed.

The transport system in Nice is excellent and there is really no need to hire a car. Trams and Buses cost 1 euro for all journeys even to Monaco and Cannes.

We have a flat screen TV (to view DVDs) DVD with selection of English DVDs, a iPod dock/radio, washing machine, induction hob/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and hair dryer. Although there is a sofa bed it is not a permanent sleeper so really only for 1 adult/child. The bright and sunny balcony can be used for relaxing and dining up to 4. And little extra's to make your holiday special.

The large sunny balcony has table and chairs, sun loungers and an electric canopy. The sun is on the balcony from early morning until early afternoon. Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner or just relaxing. Shutters on all windows. Parking is available on the street.
Bus/Tram ticket €15 each at the airport includes airport express bus both ways (€4 each way)

The apartment is NON-SMOKING and no pets are allowed.

The block is a quite and residential one, so not suitable for party animals! or groups of teenagers.

Rates are from £75.00 per night low season with special rates for over two weeks, 3rd person negotiable. Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, and Carnival, the rates is £120 per night. We have no hidden extras apart from breakages. A £200 DEPOSIT will be required when booking and full payment on arrival in Pounds or Euros (exchange rate in Euros on Arrival) The deposit will be used to secure the dates required and as a deposit for damage and should the flat be left dirty an extra cleaning charge will be added; deposit refunded on departure in full. We stayed in this apartment for 6 days and it is wonderful, tasteful and peaceful and the balcony was an added treat.
My wife and I spent 10 days in this very comfortable flat, great location and the local market was amazing, we will be back.

What a wonderful flat it really is a home from home, the owners have thought of everything and their recommendations of where to go and where to eat were great. Also we tried the local very french bar Gina's champagne €2.50 a glass great and what a lady. We will be back next year and can't wait.

My Partner and I just spent two weeks in this apartment it was great, a really relaxing time with all that you need and the sun terrace wow what a sun trap. Highly recommended we will pass it on.
