Nice is situated in the Riviera. The town itself is full of historical landmarks, the castle, the museums, the Opera. Walking along La Promenade des Anglais whether during the day or at night is a must.

The owner of this property accepts payment in euros only.
A deposit of 200€ will be required to confirm booking. The remainder should be paid 1 month prior to arrival. The caretaker will meet you on arrival and ask for a deposit of 100€. It will be given back to you on departure provided no breakages, damage or key loss has occurred.
The apartment will be given to you cleaned and expected given back in the same state. A cleaning service is available if required.
