The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Nice is situated in the Riviera. The town itself is full of historical landmarks, the castle, the museums, the Opera. Walking along La Promenade des Anglais whether during the day or at night is a must.
The whole area has got something to offer to everybody even in winter (you can spend the day skiing in the Alps and be watching the sunset over the sea in the same evening).
The Nice / Mont Boron area
The Carnaval de Nice is famous over the world. But it is not the only festival. Almost every month you can enjoy some attractions, jazz festival, food festival, theatre festival etc...

Le Baccarat was a lovely apartment block . Unfortunately the particular apartment we stayed in was quite shabby and poorly equipped. No toaster or hairdryer as mentioned in the ad. no beer or wine glasses and a mish mash of other bits and pieces. We saw inside some of the other apartments and they were much nicer. Having said that, we didn't spend much time in the apartment. I also think the owner should also mention how steep the hill is as someone in a wheelchair would really struggle. The area was lovely, it was close to all amenities and the pool was excellent as was Brigitte the on-site caretaker. |

Bank transfer and direct payments and Paypal payments only.
100 € deposit to secure your booking to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal. Remaining amount to be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, Paypal or on arrival by cash.
A bond of 300€ will be required before arrival to cover any damage. It will be returned after inspection of the flat if no damage has occured. This should be done by Paypal payment.
Brigitte will welcome you between 7.30 am and 10.00 pm from Monday to Friday. On Satudays and Sundays, check-in should be before 11.00 am and check-out before 10.00 am. She will provide you with sheets, towels etc... at a rate of 30€ per bed. She will also require 40€ for the cleaning of the flat after your departure. All this should be paid cash on arrival.
