The living room is really spacious and bright - you have a triple sofabed and arm chair - there are 2 double aspect full length window/doors that open onto the rear terrace. A large flat screen Tv with DVD and Sat Tv (including English channels, Sky news, CNN and BBC world) there is free internet access Wifi and Broadband. The living room has been very nicely furnished with wall pictures and lights - and has a very comfortable and cosy feel - especially with the easy access onto the terrace. There is an American kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs - there is air conditioning in living room - the cools the whole apartment.
The lovely bedroom is spacious and bright - it has a kingsize double bed and bed side cabinet - full length storage cupboard with mirror and it has a full length window/door with entry onto rear terrace - there is air conditioning in living room (and with bedroom door ajar this will cool the bedroom at night) The kitchen has full facilities and utensils - full oven, hob, microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher - and washing machine (that is housed in cupboard on terrace) the kitchen is open planned and perfect for cooking and preparing meals for the terrace.
The stunning aspect of this apartment is the 40 m2 rear terrace - it gets the sun throughout day and is real sun trap - it is very secure and has a surrounding fence making it ideal for young children (as no escape) it has a dining table and 4 chairs and a lounge area with very large canopy/umbrella and further 2 sunbeds - this is extremely unique in downtown central Nice to have a terrace of this size - it also compliments the apartment perfectly as all rooms open onto terrace and makes it great for either enjoying the sun shine - or breakfast or evening dining.
