This entirely renovated studio with a French touch is located in the heart of the historic Old City neighbourhood with lift, ideally situated for a successful stay in central Nice.
The 28 m² apartment is on the 4th floor of a typical “Old” building, in a very calm street, front of the Opéra, just a short distance from the Promenade des Anglais with Cours Saleya marketplace. The apartment can accommodate two people and consists of a main living area with a comfortable sofa, a writing desk and a closet.
The large window provides for a bright and open atmosphere. In the mezzanine, there is a double bed. You are just a few minutes away from the energy and diversity of the Heart neighbourhood. Trendy shops, chic restaurants and an abundance of night-life options are just around the corner.
This apartment is the ideal location for a comfortable stay in the heart of historic Nice.

Nice is an amazing Place! year round sunshine, blue seas and authentic food. It is very easy to get around the area, buses cost 1 euro each way, and you can reach exclusive Monte Carlo for that!
You can try and explore new towns, like Monaco, Cannes, St paul de Vence etc.. All for 1 euro each way, and the bus stop is 5 minute walk from my apartment.
There is also, the Grand Prix, Jazz festival and Film Festivals.
Nice / Vieux Nice area
Vieux Nice is a Vibrant Place. Being 1 minute walk to the famous Cours Selaya, you can explore the French culture immediately. Cours Selaya is the famous Local market ( flowers, antiques, bread oh ya and cheese).
Promenade des Anglais is the famous street facing the beach, amazing views and lovely beaches.
Relax at night, and try one of the many restaurants available, and then head for any bar you fancy! all on your door step!
How to get there
Nice has an international airport with flights from most UK airports. Numerous low cost airlines fly daily into Nice from Ireland, Germany and the rest of Europe.
From Nice airport, you can either take the bus number 98 (4 euros) and alight at Old Town Nice or 'Vieux Nice'. Alternatively, you get take a taxi that will cost in the region of 25 euros.
