A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment - with dream view from balcony across Baie des Anges and Promenade des Anglais.

This very spacious 4th floor apartment with lift is located on the world famous Promenade des Anglais - approx 1.5km from downtown Nice. On entry you have a large living room with flat screen TV a sofa bed and 2 armchairs - from the living room you have a superb south facing balcony - with views over the Bay of Nice. There is dining table and 6 chairs and open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer and full utensils.

There is a large bathroom with bath/shower and separate WC. At the rear of building (very quiet) are the 2 bedrooms - bedroom 1 has a large double bed and storage cupboards and bedroom 2 has twin bunk beds (there is air conditioning in both bedrooms) and a small rear balcony.

This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment - with stunning views from the balcony overlooking the bay - perfect for a family.
