This two-bedroom spacious and sunny apartment is located in the heart of the Nice. It is located just off Victor Hugo, the Promenade des Anglais and the beach are only about 5 minutes away. Newly decorated, this two-bedroom apartment is located on the 4nd floor of an 'art deco' building. It has been totally refurbished. This apartment is well furnished and equally well equipped also with full air-conditioning and double glazed french windows

This large and spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and truly offers everything necessary for a quality stay in Nice.. Its location is ideal as it’s only 250 meters from the tramway and the bus stop to the airport - easily accessible whether for business or pleasure.

Local Details The apartment is with easy reach of all amenities. The old town is only a stroll away and the Cours Saleya is a great place to buy local produce and the flowers are a delight to behold, on Mondays it is full of antique and bric a brac stalls.Choice of restaurants in Nice is endless they cater for all tastes and pockets. There is easy access to many places along the Riviera such as Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Grasse either by bus or train.
Nice is an exciting place with something for everyone.

The Nice / Musicians' Quarter area

Nice caters for many types of activity walking, swimming and paragliding to name but a few, or just relax and do some people watching on the Promenade des Anglais. It is the perfect place to visit and all those must see locations on the French Riviera, Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence are easily accessible.

An art/craft market takes place most evenings in the Cours Saleya during the summer.

Nice has everything you would expect to find and more than a few surprises.

We could not of asked for a better location or a more comfortable, stylish and well equipped accommadation. Payment accepted in euros or GBP. Prices are for the property per week in British Pounds for 4 sharing, this is all inclusive - towels, linen and cleaning. There are no hidden costs. The apartment sleeps 6. Deposit of 30% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on confirmation. Payment can be made by inter bank transfer (preferred) in euros or GB pounds. ).

Part weeks considered outside peak periods (Jun - Sept). Arrivals are at a nominated time after 2pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 11:00am, although we try to accommodate other times if possible. A security/damage deposit of £300/300 Euros is payable before arrival. This will be returned directly to you within two weeks of departure.
