Our 2-bed apartment which has just been completed at the end of January 2009 is bright, spacious and well situated to explore all that Nice has to offer. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift. Situated in the heart of the Nice in the Quartier des Musiciens you are within walking distance of the beach (Promenade des Anglais), the main shopping area and a multitude of restaurants too numerous to mention. With the new tramway you are able to hop on and off in order to take in as much of Nice as you want to explore at your leisure.

The large balcony overlooks a small garden area at the back of the building therefore there is no noise from the front street.

The apartment has a large living room with a fully fitted kitchen off the living area. The two bedrooms have double beds and built in wardrobes (also one single blow up bed suitable for a child). There is a separate toilet and wc as well as a main bathroom with shower, wc and built in vanity unit with wash hand basin. As it is a new apartment everything is very bright and spacious, the living area is approx 20ft in length.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

Nice is the cultural capital of the Cote d’Azur. Whatever the purpose of your visit, there is plenty to do and see in Nice, and the neighbouring areas such as Cannes, Monte Carlo, Monaco and St Tropez are just some of the world famous resorts. All are within 30 mins by train from the main railway station which is less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

This newly built luxury apartment is just 8 mins walk from the main railway station and a 15 minute bus ride from the airport. There are lots of bakeries for your croissants or baguettes. The great thing about Nice is that you simply don’t need a car. Public transport is so cheap with the cost of the average bus/tram being only €1 each way. The bus to Cannes only costs €1.30, one way, and it is 1 hr 45 mins away. On return we took the train which did the journey in half of the time and only cost just over €5. If you like walking then you will be able to discover most of Nice on foot. The apartment is centrally situated so you do not need a car.

For day trips you can take the train from the main station to Italy to a small village called Ventimiglia where there is a great market on a Friday. Ferries run from the Old Port (in the centre of town) to Italy, Corsica and of course lots of other beaches along the coast.

The Promenade Des Anglais runs alongside the oceans for at least 5 kms and on summer evenings there are street performing artists which can also be enjoyed on the Rue de France whilst dining al fresco.

During the year the French Riviera hosts the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival – Nice is ideally located and just a short train ride away from both of these events.

"Very comfortable stay in the center of Nice"

Nice apartment in the center of Nice. 10 min from the beach and lots of interesting places around. Has everything what is needed. Also WIFI.
Two bathrooms are big plus when there is more people to stay.
The only thing that we could complain is lack of the parking spots, but this happens in every big city center..
Very fast contact with the owner, who is friendly and helpful.
Recommend to everybody.
If back in Nice will come again.

"Excellent apartment in an amazing city"

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, modern and had everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It also felt very secure and its location is very convenient to everything; train/bus/tram stops and the beach were within a 10 minute walk.
Would definitely go again and recommend to couples or families.
The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had , and with that, we highly recommend renting this apartment.

"central, comfy apartment"

English spoken owner & greeter. Very central for the train station. Beach only minutes away. Apartment very comfy, has all you could possibly need. Lorna pre-arranged our vet visit for the dog, which is less than 100 yards away from the apartment. Would stay again., again and again !!!

"great secure apartment, in lovely city"

We contacted Lorna when we got of the plane and she met us as planned. It was also good to have Lorna as a contact point, if there had been any problems.
We have 3 children: 11,9 & 6 and they all loved the apartment. The shutters on the windows made it feel very secure and the apartment looked great, was clean with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. All amenities were within 5 minutes walk, including bus stops and the beach was 10-15 min walk.
Would definitely go again and recommend to similar families.

"it was great"

everything about the apartment was excelent , the photos are not as great as the apartment , it's very close to negresco , the beach , the train station , supermarket , close to everything and most important very clean and confortable , only a minor incident with lorna , we agreed with lilian to live our luggage in the apartment until 4 pm , but lorna had other plans and we fond out when we arrived in nice . but we payd for our luggage to be stored at the train station and we solved the problem .

"Perfect location"

We stayed 1 week in the apartment. It is located close to the main railway station with walking distance to city center (Place Massena). We had no use for taxis staying here! The apartment is very well equipped. Everything we needed was there; even a babybed for our toddler. Close by there's a small supermarket and a boulangerie; fresh croissants for breakfast is easy avaialble. If we go back to Nice in the future, we would definitely stay in Villa Harmonie again.

"Perfect getaway in Nice"

This is a lovely apartment in a great location just a 6-7 minute walk to the main train station which gives access to other locations on the French Riviera including Cannes and Monte Carlo. A very secure building, quiet, and apartment tastefully decorated. Neigbourhood has a local grocery/supermarket 3 minute walk. Walk 7-8 minutes to beach passing the famous Negresco Hotel on the Promenade de Anglais. Main shopping street Jean Medicin just beyond train station about 10 min walk. Tram system about 10 mins by foot. Lilian who owns the apartment is very helpful and sent me an information sheet on the sights,activities and local transport system. I have visited Nice 10 times over the last 15-20 years and this is definitely my favourite apartment. My family enjoyed great holidays there in 2010 and 2011. I have recommended this apartment to some of my friends and I know that I will return in the future. An all round excellent experience.

"Just Perfect"

Did Ironman Nice and needed somewhere to stay with family. Having never been to France, we wern't sure how the apartment would be, nor how to get around. Lillian provided all the help we needed… More
