About the home

Perfectly located, beautiful 1 bed apartment to let, built in 2008 just off Place Massena (central pedestrian shopping area) and 2 mins walk from Promenade des Anglais (and beach). Easy walking distance to the old town and other areas of interest - incredibly central.

Spacious large double bedroom with built in wardrobes. Leather sofa double bed in luxurious living room with large balcony and TV & DVD / CD player. Kitchenette has top class fittings / granite worktop with dishwasher and washer / dryer. Bathroom has wash-hand basin and bath, with shower fitting.

Bedding and crockery supplied for 4 persons. Air con throughout, 1st floor, lift access from high class reception area.

The French Riviera offers a multitude of sights to see and things to do - art galleries, world- renowned casinos, open air films and concerts. Also famous designer shops and pedestrian areas lined with restaurants.

Restaurants / shops only 30m away on Rue de la Liberte, with the very popular Rue Massena only 100m from the door.

Boutique shops surround the area and the main shopping area of Avenue Jean Medecin is off the next block.

The apartment block is nestled in a quiet enclave off this incredibly central location that caters for all needs, ideal for a holiday in Nice.

The Nice / Central Nice area

In May you have the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. Nice is the lively capital of the Cote d'Azur offers not only 8 km of beaches and one of the loveliest promenades in the world.

It has an array of inviting cafes and restaurants and night-life, visit the traffic- free zone in the centre lined with bistros cafes and late night shops.

“Superb Apartment. Great Location” This apartment is in the most central area of Nice - minutes from the Promenade, The Old Town, Shopping area, Restaurants etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything necessary to make it a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious, bright, & modern. This was our third visit to Nice & even though we were satisfied with previous accommodation this one was far superior in every way. Looking forward to my next holiday in Nice & to staying in 188 Palais Liberte.

“We will be back.” This is a great apartment with a superb location. It is so central yet so quiet. Round the corner you walk out onto one of the most attractive streets in Nice with a gorgeous coffee shop, adjacent to Rue Massenna with all the restaurants you could ever want. The apartment is smart, immaculate and the friendly service of the apartment manager is excellent. The balcony is an added bonus, great for breakfast and evening drinks. The whole building is in excellent condition, smart and secure. There is no view, just buildings across the narrow street, but that gives you the peace and quiet and the buzz is just a minute away. The whole building is smart, immaculate and secure.

“Central location , clean and modern , perfect” The apartment is centrally located , 5 min walk to the promenade de Anglais . it has everything you need for a stay in Nice , and the air con was a life saver ! Jean Pierre provides a " meet and greet " service whom we found to be very freindly and welcomed us to the apartment which is very clean , modern and well equipped. Also the apartment a 5 min walk from the 98 airport route bus stop , shops and seafront I would certainly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Nice :)

“Nice apt in Nice” Clean and useful apt, great location - right in city center, close to shops and beach, with good transport connection with airport, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Vence and so on. We enjoyed our staying so much and hope to back here next year!

“Excellent location, modern apartment in the heart of Nice” Meet & Greet service worked a treat - arranged collection from airport which made life really easy. Apartment was spotless with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Apartment is modern and comfortable - location is fantastic, central to all we wanted to see and only 3 minute walk from the beach. We had a great time - definitely will go back to Palais Liberte!

A "Meet & Greet" service is included in the rental price - a local multi-lingual French person will meet you at the apartment with the keys and be your point of contact during your stay. This person will ensure that the apartment is clean and provide a set of double bed linen and towels for the stay. There is an extra charge for late arrivals, additional sheets for more than 2 people etc.

To secure the booking I will need a 25% non refundable deposit. Full payment is due in advance of stay.
