Very attractive one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a large courtyard with fountains. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a modern building with a lift. The lounge which opens up onto the balcony has a bed/settee which sleeps two people, dining table and chairs for four people and a television which has cable with some English channels. There is also internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 electric hobs and a microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
One bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom and separate wc. Plenty of cupboard space throughout.

Nice is a wonderful city for a holiday. It has everything - the sea, the city life and the mountains not too far off if you wish to get away from it all. The Summer is hot and the Winters are mild and you will see people on the café terraces throughout the year. Transport is very good in Nice and there are buses going the other towns along the coast, from Menton to Saint Raphael and it costs just 1€ to go anywhere along the Cote. Trains are just as convenient, although costing a little more.
Nice is fully of history - it is almost surreal with the new tramway which looks very futuristic moving through all the historic buildings. The Negresco where Queen Victoria stayed and outside which Isadora Duncan met her death, catching her scarf in the wheel of her Bugatti. There are plenty of Museums, Art Galeries and Palaces to visit in most of the areas of Nice and especially in the Old Town, where there is a Palace or a beautiful church around almost every corner.
Nice area
There is plenty going on here all year round. Skiing in the winter, water sports in the summer. The Nice Carnival in February. The Grand Prix in Monaco and Film Festival in Cannes in May, the Festival du Jazz in July, Battle of flowers, Carnival du Citron and many others throughout the year.
In Nice though there is always entertainment in the street, dancers, bands, acrobats, the list is endless. For art lovers there is the Matisse Museum, Chagall Museum, Musée des Beaux Art, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and a myriad of galeries in the streets. There is lots of everything in Nice, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Nightclubs and just plain strolling.

Nice has the second largest and busiest Airport in France and has many budget airlines coming here from the UK, depending up which Airport you are flying from there is Easyjet, Ryanair, Baby BM.
There are the usual budget car hire companies, like Hertz and Budget and many others depending on your location.
