Sample French living on the Riviera, for a short break. Choose to rent our elegant apartment in the heart of Nice, rather than booking into a hotel. You will have the freedom of eating out in style or cooking in our kitchen using fresh ingredients from local markets. As the apartment is in a chic area of Nice you have the benefit of sampling brasseries, markets, delis, and boutiques mostly used by locals.
Our elegant and stylish one bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a beautifully decorated Art Deco apartment block with its lovely entrance hall and painted exterior. It has a small balcony overlooking the Square and the kitchen has a sunny terrace, with a view of a magnificent palm tree. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissants. The apartment itself is beautifully rennovated with high standard furniture and fittings and a brand new bathroom and kitchen. The location of the apartment is superb being only a short walk from the beach and public transport. It is only 8 to10 minutes walk from the beach, the famous Promanade des Anglais.The bus (No 23 from Terminal 1, costs only Euro 1.30) to and from the airport stops within 100 meters of the apartment and all the local amenities including a colourful indoor market are on your doorstep.

Nice enjoys lovely weather all year round.It is art lovers paradise It has numerous museums and galleries (Matisse and Chagall amoung them), three theatres, opera house and symphony orchestra. The train station is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The Musicians Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city. It is the hub of all the shopping and cultural activities yet is also beside the Promenade des Anglais and within easy waking distance of the old town.

Some of the many activities in and around Nice: February: Mimosa Festival, Carnival May : Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Festival July: Jazz Festival Swimming and sunbathing almost 9 months of the year! Nice is an ideal base to explore the beautiful French Riveiera, The Cote d'azur. The Nice Centre Ville SNCF railway station is only an easy five to seven minutes walk from our apartment. Some of the following make excellent days out: The glamour of Monaco and Cannes The authentic perched villages of St Paul de Vence and Eze The fabulous drives along the Mediterranean Shopping in Italy
All this within half an hour by car or excellent public transport! Ferries to Corsica and St Tropez are also available from Nice Port.

Further details indoors: The apartment is on the third floor of this super block with its lovely entrance hall and painted exterior. It has a small balcony overlooking the Square but there is also a very sunny rear terrace, which has a view of a magnificent palm tree. The apartment has an ornate and efficient lift.
The orientation is east and west so the kitchen with its terrace and the bedroom benefit from the early morning sun from the east and the lounge on the front of the building is bathed in the setting sunlight.
There is one spacious bedroom with a double bed , one extra single bed and a wardrobe. There is a high quality double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD and CD Player. The flat has a separate well equipped kitchen with a sunny balcony and a cafe table and chairs for your coffee and croissants. We have broadband internet access, if you wish to bring your laptop.
Further details outdoors: Less than 10 minutes level walk to the beach the famous Promanade Des Anglais, with fabulous facilities, deck chairs, loungers available to rent and also stretches of free accesible areas for you to take your own picnic, umbrellas and loungers.

Included in the price . a meet and greet facility is provided with friendly and efficient service. Freshly laundered set of sheets, bath towels, and hand towels . Mike a resident of Nice will meet you give you the keys and show you how everything works. He speaks English too!One set of linen and towels provided. If you wanted further sets or additional cleaning for longer stays, Mike will provide you with this for a small charge directly payable to him.A welcome pack is also provided with all essential phone numbers and maps for your reference.
Conditions
Rates are weekly rates for the apartment, for two people. There will be some extra charge for the 3rd and 4rth person. Reduced rates are available for 2nd and 3rd week of booking. The cost includes electrical and gas usage and cleaning on arrival Linen and bath towels are included, one set per person
At least 75% deposit is required when booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before travel . Alternatively balance can be paid in cash to our keyholder in cash on arrival. A £100 refundable security deposit is required to cover breakages, loss of keys etc. Apartment is also available for short stays (min. 4 days) at a cost negotiable per night. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer. Allow 4 days for cheque clearance. If booking is made at short notice full cash payment will be required before keys are handed over.
