Wake up to the sound of birds, look at the amazing tranquil view. You can truly get away from it all here as this property is on large grounds of which you can stroll around for hours, sit by the water and really relax. Ideal for honeymoons and romantic breaks; The beach is about 10 mins from the residence. Transport to surrounding areas is fantastic, just 1€ to most destinations on bus and tram. The train station is just 10 mins by bus. The apartment is very modern and beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Geographically, Nice is sandwiched between Cannes and Monte Carlo and has excellent bus and train connections to both. It is one of the few European cities to have such a well connected airport within ten minutes of the city centre.
To the west, Biot, Antibes,Cannes which is about 25 minutes from Nice and just an hour from St Tropez. by train.
To the East, Monte Carlo is a14 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border. The journey to Italy takes you through Villefranche, Eze, Menton and Monaco and is definitely worth while visiting.
You can take the bus to these areas too and at just 1€ its worth while!! You need to catch the bus from Gare Routier for these journeys. This is a short walk or a relaxed bus ride from the train station.
Nice has a Mediterranean climate making it generally quite mild in the winter months with moderate rainfalls. As summer approaches the weather certainly warms up, temperatures can reach an average of 28°C - 32°C with blue sky! Imagine walking along the Promenade at sunset it’s never that cold and the atmosphere is just so NICE!!

Restaurants, cafes, brasseries, boulangeries, patisseries and shops are just minutes from the apartment.
Avenue Jean Medecin is the main shopping street. There is a choice of high street fashion to designer boutiques and in the old town you will find a large selection of hand crafted jewellery, clothes, gift shops and local art
Close to the Promenade des Anglais which is a beautiful walk day and night time. Head towards the Chateau and the Port; stop off in the Old town to visit the famous the Cours Salaya; more restaurants. Try some local cuisine, 'Socca', petits farcis niçois....The fountain in Place Massena, the Tramway which took a very long time to finish!!!! (Don’t talk to the locals about the time it took!!!)
The opera, Casinos, museums, night clubs, pubs and restaurants on offer can certainly keep you busy!!
There are some private beaches if you want to pamper yourself or you can rough it like the locals!! A choice for everyone!
How to get there
Coming by plane is simple as many airlines fly to Nice Airport, the 2nd largest airport in France after Paris. Easyjet, flyBe, BMI & BMI baby, Jet 2, Ryan Air, BA and Air France are just a few. Buses to this area are very frequent and very reliable. Our meet and greet representative can advise you the best way to get to the apartment after booking. There is communication with the representative from booking until departure so you won't feel stranded!
