- at the mezzanine level the bedroom is provided with a double bed; shower room with WC.
Easy access by direct bus from/to Nice airport and central railway station by walk (900mts) .

To confirm and ensure your booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount must be paid at the reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival.
If reservation is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, the full rental amount must be paid at the reservation.

Refundable breakages deposit of 500 euro in cash or travellers cheque required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
