Nice / Fabron area
Nice: a unique town surrounded by hills and nestling in the remarkable setting of the Baie des Anges, it is brimming with flowers and its bouquet of palm trees, mimosa, luxuriant parks, sumptuous mansions with their gardens line the Mediterranean coast.
The Paillon torrent, partially covered with esplanades on which the Theatre, the Palais Acropolis and The Exhibition Hall are built, divides the town into two districts: on the West side is the modern part of town and on the East side the old town and harbour, with the hill and its former castle towering above.

From Paris: take the A6 motorway to Lyon, then the A7 to Marseille, and the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence/Nice. Exit no. 50 to Nice Centre. Follow the Promenade des Anglais (left hand lane). At the 11th traffic light, turn around on the Promenade des Anglais to face in the opposite direction, then follow the signs for the “Maeva Orion Résidence de Tourisme”.
By train Nice-Ville Railway Station (3.5 km) Travel information: 36 35. Transfers by taxi or bus no. 12 or 23: the Fabron stop is 500 m from the Residence.
By air Nice-Cote D'Azur Airport (6.5 km) Travel information: 0 820 423 333. Onward connections by taxi, hired car or shuttle.
