Situated in the heart of Nice, a very quiet apartment with a private garden where you can dine "al-fresco" ! . Quality building, high ceilings. Completely renovated and equipped. You can walk to the beach, Promenade des Anglais, Chagall Museum, railway station, shops, restaurants, fresh food market, everywhere...Five minutes walk to the new tramway. An ideal place to recharge your batteries after an animated, busy day !

Sleeps up to four: separate little bedroom with bunk bed; sofa bed in the main room. Linen and towels provided.

Catch a bus (1 Euro to go everywhere in Alpes Maritimes) and go skiing in the morning and come back and bathe in the sea in the afternoon ! All Cote d'Azur and the beautiful countryside is yours.

You can visit the narrow streets and tiny squares of Vieux Nice containing many cafés, bistros and boutiques.
