About the home

A really stunning and bright 2 bedroom (5th floor) apartment only 150 metres from beach. This apartment is in a charming, quiet and typically Nicoise french building - it has been modernized and refurnished throughout. On entry you have a large bright livingroom with great double aspect full length corner windows - It has a large flat screen TV and Satelite TV (inc BBC, ITV , Sky news and CNN) DVD and HIfi - there is a extremely comfortable sofa/bed a further armchair and dining table and 4 chairs. The is an separate kitchen area with full facilities incl hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size double bed (that is pull down) and can be stored upright when not in use. The master bedroom has a unique Baroque style king size bed and storage cupboards. The shower/wet-room has a double size shower and tiled using large grey/brown granite tiles with modern furnishings. There is a full surround balcony around the whole apartment - with doors from both bedrooms and livingroom onto balcony - also with outdoor table and chairs. The whole apartment has been beautifully furnished throughout and is bright light and very comfortable. There is brand new air conditioning throughout. This apartment is ideal for a family or group of persons sharing.

Really super apartment - very well equipped - everything you could need for a lovely break in Nice. Location is good - only a few streets back from the sea and very close to The Negresco Hotel.
The living area of the apartment is lovely and bright and there is a bakery just below so you can enjoy your pain au chocolate on the balcony!
Paul was a great help with anything we needed too - would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

The apartment was lovely, in a great location and all we needed. 6 of us stayed comfortably and everything worked as it should do. The airconditioning definitely helped us get through a couple of very hot afternoons.

Great apartment, loved the decor. Aircon worked really well which was good as we needed it! Terrific convenient location and everything we could need.
