A dream studio and location! - The studio apartment is in one of the unique locations in Nice - Located in the prestiguous building "Royal Luxembourg" which is in prime central position on the Promenade des Anglais and great access for the beach. The studio is on the 6th floor at the rear of building (very quiet) On entry you have a living area and King size luxury double bed - there is a leather 2 person sofa and large top-of-the-range Sharp flat screen TV, DVD and CD/radio (Sat TV with Sky news CNN and BBC world) and free internet access (there is an additional further single mattress stored under bed suitable for child) This studio has been completely refurbished throughout with clean and refreshing white furnishing and dark hardwood floors - the shower room has a large walk in double power shower. There is a small american kitchen with double cooking plate and microwave and fridge. There is air conditioning. Onto the balcony from the full length double glazed patio doors is a 6 meter balcony - facing west - getting the afternoon/evening sun - there are 2 dining chairs and table. The balcony (very quiet) overlooks rear of building and mountains in distance and is very tranquil also with outdoor lighting. The studio itself is a great base but the real uniqueness of this property is the roof swimming pool and sunbathing area (there is a 2nd paddling pool for toddlers) which is located on 8th floor - and the clubhouse lounge (perfect for enjoying breakfast or an early evening glass of wine) which is located on 7th floor - these both face fully south and offer unique views over the Baie des Anges and and beach area (they are non staffed) For sun lovers this is unique as the only independent apartment building in this location with roof top pool (the pool is open May - Sept) The building is also very secure (there is a permanent concierge and entrance is via electric doors and an escalator) and well maintained ideal for a couple or single person - looking for what is an independent studio with the facilities of a 4* hotel.

To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.

Great location, bang on the sea-front, lots of restaurants within two or three minutes walk and a 10 minute stroll to the old town. Also Paul’s office is only a couple of blocks away and his friendly colleagues will mind your luggage if you have an afternoon flight! The rooftop area was used by few people so was very quiet and restful.

Great location! This was our first visit to Nice and we couldn’t have been more excited about the location of this apartment. In the heart of everything, across the street from the beach, easy walking distance to old town, amazing view from the roof top pool. I was a little nervous if the apartment would be as nice as it was in the on-line photos, I should not have worried as it was just as lovely and CLEAN as it shows in the photos. We had to contact Paul from go-nice for an extra key and one other time and both instances we received immediate response. We hope to return to Nice and would absolutely rent from Paul and team again! Kim Boston, MA

We had a really wonderful trip to Nice - made all the better by this really fantastic apartment. It was just as good as it looked in the pictures and the location is unbeatable. I hope we’ll be back to Nice and if we are we’d have no hesitation in returning. In fact family members have already made enquiries to rent it next summer!

We stayed at this fantastic studio for a week in August and can quite happily say it’s been our best holiday yet. Made all the better for the superb location and well equipped base.
We have recommended this apartment and Nice to everyone and will definitely be back ourselves.

We were so delighted with our studio — when we first saw it we couldn’t believe how close it was to the beaches! And everything was so clean, comfortable, and well appointed. There was a sweet basket of goodies, as well as a bottle of Provencal rose wine (delicious!), waiting for us after our long drive from Tuscany. We felt immediately at home. The only drawback was that we only had 6 days there! It was quite an effort to leave such a lovely, perfect setting. We hope to be back in future. We had never been to Nice, and had no idea it was such a lovely city (our visit centreed around a dear friend’s wedding, so if not for her we may never have visited this wonderful place!). Thanks so much to Paul, and all the staff (tho we never saw anyone . . . we truly felt like ‘Citizens of Nice’ just renting our little apartment and coming and going as we pleased Thanks for everything, and Ciao for now.

Excellent modern cozy studio which is very comfortable for two adults. Located a few metres from the beach and with a rooftop swimming pool too!!

The Studio is just round the corner of the main shopping / restaurant area and is only a short 15/20 minute stroll to/from the bus/train stations. The studio is at the back of the apartment block so it is also a very quiet location when you want a few minutes more in bed.

Paul & his staff offer a 1st class service from the initial booking through to collecting the keys on arrival at the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment and Go-Nice and would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Paul!

This studio apartment is modern, clean, very well equipped and perfect for a couple.The rooftop terrace and pool are class!It was so easy to book and collect keys(and find the apartment block).

Dont book a hotel in Nice, this is a much better option and you dont feel as much like a tourist!It was really nice to buy our own breakfast and wine and sit out on the terrace(and cheaper to holiday this way!)I cant recommend this studio and Paul the owner highly enough, thanks a mill for a brill hol.And Nice is gorgeous, I cant wait to come back!

The studio is really central and in a brill location but because its at the back of the building quiet too.We had a problem with the airconditioning but when I rang the owner Paul and left a message (out of office hours) he got back to me straight away-brilliant customer service!
