Home descriptionThis beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly located, close to the Promenade des Anglais and within a short walking distance of the beach and the train station. It is the ideal base for exploring Nice any time of year. It is also beside the main shopping area and is surrounded by great restaurants, designer shops, art galleries and museums. Recently redecorated and refurbished, the apartment has a central marble-floored hall, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. The lounge has two large, shuttered windows overlooking the beautiful Avenue Georges Clemenceau; the heart of the famous Musicians Quarter. It includes a sofa bed, dining area and television/CD/DVD (incl. own DVD library). One bedroom, facing front, has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe with sunny balcony overlooking a lovely internal courtyard. The kitchen comprises fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has bath, shower and separate WC. All windows are double-glazed.

The train station is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights The cost includes cleaning, linen/towels electrical and gas usage. A 25% deposit is required when booking. Balance is due 4 weeks before travelling. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card(Visa/Mastercard). There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. Please allow 4 days for cheque clearance. SHORT STAYS: Apartment is also available for short stays (min. 3 days) at a cost of £110 per night (Nov-Apr) or £125 per night (May-Oct excl July/Aug).
