This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly located, close to the Promenade des Anglais and within a short walking distance of the beach and the train station. It is the ideal base for exploring Nice any time of year. It is also beside the main shopping area and is surrounded by great restaurants, designer shops, art galleries and museums. Recently redecorated and refurbished, the apartment has a central marble-floored hall, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. The lounge has two large, shuttered windows overlooking the beautiful Avenue Georges Clemenceau; the heart of the famous Musicians Quarter. It includes a sofa bed, dining area and television/CD/DVD (incl. own DVD library). One bedroom, facing front, has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe with sunny balcony overlooking a lovely internal courtyard. The kitchen comprises fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has bath, shower and separate WC. All windows are double-glazed.

This is a wonderful location for visiting other famous places on the Riviera. With only a short walk to the train station you can visit Cannes, St Tropez, Antibes, Villefranche, Eze, Monaco. You can also travel to the famous Ventimigilia markets in Italy. It is also within easy reach of beautiful rural villages and the Alpine ski resorts. The apartment is located in the heart of the Musicians Quarter in the ‘golden triangle’ of Nice. This means it is within walking distance of all main facilities and attractions
Nice / Central Nice area
Sheltered by the Alps and protected by the Mediterranean, Nice enjoys lovely weather all year round. It has over four million annual visitors taking pleasure in the art and culture of the city including 19 museums (Matisse and Chagall amoung them), convention centre, three theatres, opera house and symphony orchestra. The train station is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The Musicians Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city. It is the hub of all the shopping and cultural activities yet is also beside the Promenade des Anglais and within easy waking distance of the old port where you will find great markets and busy night life.
Nice is a year-round destination. Spend the summer time at the numerous Nice beaches or other resorts. Spend the winter sightseeing, shopping or skiing in the Alps at Valbury or Auron (less than 2 hours by public transport). There is no need for a car as everthing is within easy reach.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The cost includes cleaning, linen/towels electrical and gas usage. A 25% deposit is required when booking. Balance is due 4 weeks before travelling. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card(Visa/Mastercard). There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. Please allow 4 days for cheque clearance.
SHORT STAYS: Apartment is also available for short stays (min. 3 days) at a cost of £110 per night (Nov-Apr) or £125 per night (May-Oct excl July/Aug). These prices rise to £100 and £110 respectively in 2008.
Christmas/New Year is charged at higher rate.
