About the home

This is a gorgeous two bedroom apartment situated on the Promenade Des Anglais in the stylish area of Nice. The property benefits from it's own secluded front garden with patio furniture. There are two master bedroom decorated to an extremely high standard, very french with an open plan lounge and dining room overlooking the magnificent coastline. The entrance hall is marble and grand and the property benefits from large opening windows and doors, making it light and airy. The property has a happy, relaxed and very french feel to it.

The beach is only a few metres away. This truly is a modern and appealing property with panoramic coastline views.

Inside the property is modern and has a magnificent marble floor in the entrance. There is a large spacious and open plan dining area which also looks out onto the Promenade through huge glass opening windows.

The Living area is spacious with original wooden floors, black leather sofas and chair and a glass table. There is cable TV and DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station. There are two glass doors which lead out from the living area, down some steps into the secluded front garden.

The kitchen is recently refurbished with all modern appliances and a small breakfast bar area. The Bedrooms are a good size and the Master Bedroon again has amazing sea views.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and also a double sofa bed. There is a main bathroom and also separate toilet and shower room.

This is a very French and very well cared for and much loved apartment.

There is a delightful patio garden to the front of the property. It is secluded with a patio table and chairs. The views of the sea and the beach are amazing.

Nice is a wonderful holiday destination, the weather is generally excellent and luckily the beach is only seconds away from the apartment.

The region is breathtaking and offers amazing views and plenty of sighseeing. The apartment is near to the famous glitzy Negresco, home to the stars in the days gone by. Monaco is just a short train ride away, perfect for a day trip. The bus and trains to get around are excellent ,there are many bus journeys that are only 1Euro per journey per person, excellent and inexpensive for getting around.

Car hire is also easy and readily available should you wish to do some day trips.

Nice is ideal whether you are looking for a relaxing break or whether you would rather do some sightseeing of this well renowned local area.

It is possible to hire a car should you wish to visit the various other areas around Nice

The Nice / Promenade des Anglais area

There is always something to do in Nice, lots of shopping, restaurants and bars as well as historical places of interest. We will be happy to recommend particular restaurants to you, there are so many to choose from. In the summer months the beach hosts lots of restaurants situated directly on the beach where you can enjoy delicios meals, particularly lovely for lunch.

There are also some lovely walks. There is a tourist information centre where you can find out about festivals and events in and around the region.
