Nice / Cagnes Sur Mer area

In close proximity to Nice International Airport. Cagnes Sur Mer is often described as the last original town surrounding Nice. Cagnes Sur Mer is comprised of three distinct areas. Le Cros de Cagnes has its own railway station and is a very important port of France. If you enjoy a nice, quiet beach, there is a great one here. Also, for seafood lovers, there are numerous seafood restaurants that serve the freshest seafood around because the chefs can buy straight from the local fishermen. The greatest thing about this area is that it is not overcrowded with tourists even during the high season.

If you are interested in horse racing, there is one of the finest race courses in France in this small village. The Hippodrome de La Cote d’Azur. In Haut de Cagnes there is the wonderful Musee Renoir and also the Grimaldi Castle. There are also many restaurants (some with Michelin Stars) and other museums and galleries here. Cagnes Ville is full of shops and many markets and if shopping is your passion then Cap 3000 is one of the Rivierra's largest covered shopping areas with shops ranging from Les Galerie Lafayette to chic boutiques.

Nice Cote D'Azur International Airport is less than 5km away from the Apartment and has flights from most well know airlines including low cost carriers such as BMI, Easyjet and Ryanair. The nearest railway statio is Cros de Cagnes whch is a 5 minue walk away. There are regular bus services to Antibes, Nice, Cannes and Grasse from just outside the Apartment Complex.

The apartment is professionally managed locally giving you complete peace of mind during your stay. You will be met on your arrival at the apartment and will be shown its main features as well as being given an introduction to the area. Our English speaking representatives have lived in the area for many years and have a lot of local knowledge.

A security deposit of 300 Euros is required to be paid on arrival at the Apartment in Cash. This will be refunded on your departure provided that the apartment is left clean and with no damage.

Deposit may be paid by UK Cheque in Pounds or Bank Transfer in Euros. Final Payment is by bank transfer in Euros.

The resort was all we could have asked for and the pool area and beach were 1min walk away. Ang/Spencer

The apartment was clean and obvisouly well maintained. The apartment had all the equipment er could have wanted and the close proximity to the pool and beach were a wonderful bonus as were all the excellent restaurants along the promenade and the near by marina. Eddy

The apartment offered 1st class facilities including a shared pool within the gated complex. Cros De Cagnes benefits from excellent links via bus and train to the rest of the riviera whilst the local area includes many attractions from bars and restaurants at the marina to horse racing and a medieval castle all within walking distance of the apartment.
